The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The pool area is lovely and the sun lounges very comfortable. The rooms themselves could do with some updating but overall we were very happy with the hotel

I had a wonderful stay of 8 days! Staff was so helpful, especially the front desk, Shyman and Joel my waiter in the dining room! These people made me feel so comfortable in a new country to me… I definitely will return!

Very nice hotel. Room was lovely with a view of the pool. Staff were friendly and really tried there best. Pool was very clean. Restaurant was hectic at times so sometimes had a long wait but the food was excellent and staff very accommodating. Best hotel in the town by a long way.

The bathroom had a strong smell of urine everyday. My towels were extremely old and worn out. The staff members were excellent and the Spa was very good.

Wonderful property , clean , well maintained, excellent garden around the pool , good service , staff is very helpful . Had a pleasant stay .

I highly recommend this hotel for families with young children. The pool is really nice, good location, very close to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast buffet is a bit limited (other then Indian food). The breakfast area was really packed which made us wait very long for the food.

The Hotel is nicely located close to the Palolem beach, very convenient. Check in was seamless , rooms are very nice nice ambience, clean and all requirements taken care.However House Keeping doesn't respond .. It will take hours to respond.In Room servicing takes long time .. if you're starving better go out and eat .. if you wait for in room dining you might die of starvation.Good News is food quality and taste is good ! if you can wait.Restaurant- Break fast was excellent.Dinner was a chaos! I think they restaurant needs a good manager to manage there were hardly 50 -60 people in restaurant and they could not manage any one a complete disaster.Hotel : doesn't serve welcome drink for a 4 star claim.No Cookies or fruit basket these are small things but makes difference.Not worth for the price we pay , but convenient.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time for 9 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are nice and comfortable and the location is good even though it's not located on the beach. there are many restaurants near by and it's a short walk to the beach. The only thing we less enjoyed is the breakfast, the selection is mostly Indian and not so much continental.

D overall safety, hygiene check, cleanliness, hospitality of staff, room condition, buffet spread was very well organised and maintained. The staff was extremely courteous especially when we forgot some of our luggage & when we called, they were very cooperative and ensured the luggage reached us at our convenience. Overall very customer friendly, safe and comfortable stay.

We stayed here during a period of partial lockdown so couldn’t use the spa or pool but this was not the fault of the hotel as was at order by the government.The room was beautiful and comfortable and the staff were Helpful despite difficult circumstances.

We had a pleasant stay at Sobit Sarovar for 3 days, Pool was excellent, 5 star service throughout the trip. Its hardly 2-3 mins walk away from the beach which gives a very peaceful sleep during night hours

Fantastic hotel with excellent staff who are always on hand to help. Beach is amazing and plenty of cheap but good restaurants all within few minutes walk.

The only decent hotel in Palolem. Has nice pool and feels tranquil. Short walk to beach and lots of places to eat out. Plenty of stalls and shops to buy your souvenirs and good fun to be had when haggling.

The hotel is new so staff training is i process and the services for guests need work. Even so, the staff were personally excellent and very helpful when approached.

We really enjoyed the pool, the friendly staff, and the cleanliness of the place. The bathroom door automatically closes unless propped open, so the bathroom can get a little hot. I would definitely stay here again here.

The hotel was new so everything is clean and in good working condition. It is only a few minutes walk from the beach so the location is also good. The service level was generally good although there were a couple of minor incidents where it dipped. When we checked out we had made it clear that we needed to leave soon for an excursion and the lady on reception still took a number of calls and served another customer whilst in the middle of checking us out so the whole process took around 20 minutes. The breakfast choice could have been better.

Really great service, comfortable rooms, nice food. Will come back for sure.

This property was just excellent! Great location. Nice food. Lovely staff. Clean pool, clean rooms and the gym was an added bonus!!
