Fantastic. More hotels need to be updated/built like Tru. Modern, convenient, friendly and helpful staff, free breakfast. This particular location suited us well for a one-night stop off the interstate while driving through, but would also be great as an option when visiting South Bend or other places in the area.

Room was very muggy from the time we walked in, cranked AC down low and it never helped. Women cursing at each other in the hallway at 5 a.m. for at least 10 minutes. Woke myself and my daughter up. Hopped in the shower and not one drop of shampoo. Breakfast was very disappointing. Kids wanted pancakes and the machine was down. No hard boiled eggs, last said they’ve been out for weeks. My son only ate a bowl of cereal. Not enough breakfast options. Stayed there 2 months ago and everything was great but not this time.

The lobby and rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was full with various youth sports teams however it was still very quiet. Only complaint was there was minimal food for breakfast. The juice machine didn’t work, the pancake machine was stuck, it took 10 minutes to restock the eggs. There was cereal, oatmeal and bagels.

Have stayed here a few times. Great property, breakfast good. Clean, comfortable rooms. The only downside is the $50. Pet fee. It’s almost half the price of expedias special room rate. What’s up with that, Hilton properties? Would recommend this hotel.

Rooms were clean, the breakfast was very light. The shower was the most amazing part of the room stay.

Property was clean and neat. Breakfast was just passable. Coffee other than during breakfast hours was Luke warm. No coffee in the room not so good. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Fantastic hotel! We were driving through on a road trip and only there about 8 hrs but wish we were staying longer! Super clean room. Love the hard floors instead of carpet. Clean. Digital key was great since we got there so late. Beds and shower were awesome. Breakfast was ok. Typical hotel food. The kids wish we had more time for the pool table and games in the lobby.

This is a great little gem. Really convenient to I-80 & restaurants. Staff is friendly and efficient. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast is ok. Pet friendly but the fee was on the high side. Would recommend this hotel.

Room and hotel were clean and newer. Bed was comfortable, but I kept hitting my leg on the edges when I went around them to get the lights. Nice to have the mini fridge on the room. Toilet was too low. Breakfast was just okay. Staff was nice and helpful. Restaurants and shopping are nearby, but the area immediately surrounding the hotel is a little junky. But overall, I was happy with my stay and the value was good.

I enjoyed and appreciated the complimentary breakfast in the morning. The walls in the room were a bit thin. I could hear sounds from other rooms. Thankfully, the other occupants were quiet. My room was clean except for the floor. It doesn't take much time to Swiffer a floor and mop, so no excuses for it not being clean.

Front desk clerk super friendly and helpful. Breakfast fast and easy. Nice lobby with several areas to gather or relax, plus a pool table and yard-size connect four.

The hotel itself was quite nice. Really spacious lobby area with a lot of different seating options. The bed was actually pretty comfortable, as far as hotel beds go. The pillows were awful. They looked like they would be good, but as soon as you actually laid on them they were completely flat. I bought my own pillows to use after the first night. There is also no real place to sit and relax other than the bed in the actual room. I wish there had been a love seat or sonething to sit on other than just the bed. The bathroom was also nice, but I did not care for the soap dispensers. They require you use two hands to dispense the soap, ine to squeeze the tube, and the other to catch the soap. I am a completely able person, however, my little sister has a physical limitation where she only has about half of an arm on her left side. There is no way she could use this type of dispenser. The free breakfast was great! My son especially loved the pancake conveyor machine.

Breakfast is good but poor selection compared to most Hiltons. Expected more variety, but have and will stay again.

We just needed a halfway point to stay and this worked well. Reasonable price and we could have our dogs with us. Right off the tollway and plenty of places to eat and get gas. Clean and comfortable.
