We just needed a quick stop on our way up north. Hotels.com reviews never disappoint. Great room at a great rate. The shower head in this place was the most unique and wonderful Inhave ever experienced.

All holiday expresses are kinda cookie cutter now. I like that i know what im getting. Beds usually are on the firm side and pillows were fluffly but go flat quick. Room very clean and bedding very clean. Didnt eat breakfast but its available.

I was there for two nights for a work trip. The property is bright, modern and clean. The breakfast both mornings was on point. The room was clean and well appointed and I loved the control I had of the room temperature. I stay at this property every year for the same conference and look forward to staying here. It’s centrally located to downtown-though not (easily) walkable from the property due to the busy roads. There is a Starbucks next door if you need something more than they keep in the lobby or at breakfast.

Check in took about 10-15 minutes, me being second in line. Manny was busy checking his phone, texting someone and not even acknowledging that I was standing in front of his window. His colleague was checking in another customer when I got in the building and about 10 minutes after I got in. When it finally was my turn to get to Manny’s colleague’s window, he was able to check me in in less than a minute. Someone needs to take a look at the front desk customer service.

It was not specified in the small print on Hotels.com that you would not check in my 18 year old son into the room I reserved for him on his journey up to Yale University. On top of that you would not refund my stay I paid for when asked by Hotels.com to do so. Absolutely would never recommend your place.

I stayed here to take the bar exam in the summer. Like a 30 second drive from the convention center. Book way in advance bc it books up quick. Can’t really complain about anything. Free breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable. Rooms had great air conditioning. It was quiet. Parking lot is a parking lot, so nothing to harp on there. If I fail, I’ll be seeing this place again for sure. That felt weird to say.
