Simple, clean & modern. Perfect for one night stay before a cruise.

This property was very clean and nice. It was a one night stay before a cruise. The room was clean with a shower only, not sure if they offer tubs in any of the rooms. Check in process was quick. I thought I was going to have to drive to the port and park, instead the hotel has long term parking for cruises and it was fairly cheaper than the port. The charge for the shuttle was $15 per person each way. When we got back to port you have to call the number on the sticker to arrange a pick up and the wait was less than 15 minutes. Would I stay here again? YES.

Chrck-in was lengthy due to rooms not being ready at 430 pm. Room is spacious but basically a bed and TV. Bathroom newly renovated and beautiful. Bed was not that comfortable. No kleenex, cups in room. No breakfast. Hotel is near airport, not in it.

The hotel airport shuttle service is a joke. The hotel gives you a number to call to "schedule" a pick up with an outside company. We called a few times and it went straight to voice mail. Then someone called us back and told us where to go to meet him for the pick up. We stood outside the pick up location for almost an hour and a half playing phone tag with the driver. After watching multiple shuttles of other hotels pass us, we finally discovered that the driver who called us back to pick us up was not even from our hotel. He was upset and blamed us, however, he was the one that called us. So by us calling the generic number for a pick up, somehow, he got the message and believed we were staying at the hotel he was picking up for. It was a giant mess and was so inconvenient. We ended up having to take an expensive cab ride the 7ish miles to the hotel. After we arrived at the hotel, the reset of the stay was okay. Breakfast was good but did get a bit crowded. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room seemed a bit older and small, but for one night it was fine.

Flew into Fort Lauderdale. I needed to spend a night and we chose the true by Hilton. Very pleased and the price was reasonable.

Hotel was overbooked so had to stay at another hotel. Reservation was paid in June through Hotels. com. We were more than five other customers who had to stay elsewhere but customers who booked directly with Hilton were not affected. Thoroughly disappointing after travelling for more than 12 hours.

Pricila at the front desk was great. The only down side was our AC made very loud noises through the day and night.
