A pleasant enough room at a reasonable price for a couple of days in Tokyo. It is a good central location, easy to access most of what the city offers. The beds were decent.

The reason I pick this hotel is the three-single-bed room type. Those are "real" three-signle-bed, but not a sofa-bed, which give you extra comfort. Also the hot-spring area is very clean, can let you understand better the traditional hot-spring of Japan.

Good location. About 5 mins walk to Mitsukoshimae station and about 17 mins walk to Tokyo station. Quiet neighborhood and room size is pretty decent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again if we come to Tokyo in the future.

I had a really good stay here. The hotel is well equipped and pretty much has everything you need. Towels changed daily and Japanese PJs to sleep in. The area is great with lots of places to eat and close to subway stations in all directions. The staff were very friendly too. I only dropped a star as in other hotels I’ve stayed in, in Japan, services such as free coffee, microwave, ice machine etc have been made available to guests.

The number of guests allowed to stay in a room on the internet was not the same when we checked in. The hotel requested extra charge for my child.

Very basic hotel, small rooms, limited amenities compared to other Japanese hotels in same range, lobby super small and you need to consider you will need to check out at 10 AM. Staff very friendly, beds comfortable, close to train station. Good for a night at arriving in Tokyo but if you plan to stay more days the hotel it can feel “small and limited”

Very quiet area yet very close to everything you need. Solo traveller, single room was compact with not much space for luggage but bed was comfortable, slept very well.

This hotel was amazing. Staff was very friendly. We were able to store our luggage before checking in so we could sightsee the room was comfortable. The bed was so nice and so were the blankets near the train station would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone.

Relatively close to Tokyo Station (walking distance) and Imperial Palace East Gardens.

Great location with lots of restaurants nearby. Clean and updated facility. The public bath area is nice too. The hotel was established over 120 years ago and has been updated and modernized over the years. It is currently under the 4th generation management, so rich in history

It was close to a family mart and a good distance away and going to akihabara made it easy to go to

The young lady at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. Well customer oriented. Speaks perfect English was a plus.

Clean room and reasonable size. Onsen bit small. Front desk good service, even better if can provide more tourist info.

Close to Tokyo Station and Ginza, ideal for walking, sightseeing, shopping and transportation. Breakfast was excellent, choice of Japanese or Western. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend.

The public bath is so nice

Loved their big public bath. Everything was perfect to me such as comfortable bed, desk, good taste of interior decor, polite staff. Very close to the nearest railway station.

This hotel is in a quiet spot halfway between Ginza and Akihabara, and conveniently close to a good JR station. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are fine, if a bit cramped. Has a public bath and laundry. Good if you want to be in a quiet spot, but not if you want lots of restaurants and nightlife right out your door.

Rooms were clean but small especially for 3 people. Beds were comfortable .

Awesome staff and the rooms were perfect. My only critique is the temperature in the rooms is not adjustable per room.

The hotel is convenient to subway and the JR line, and neat. But room is too small.

It's what you would expect from an average Japanese hotel targeting both business and leisure travellers. The room was small - it was only possible to have one suitcase opened at a time. The bathroom was small with a low ceiling. I am 5'9 and my hand kept hitting the ceiling when I was taking a shower. The services was alright. The area around the hotel is pretty quiet after 9pm cuz there are no shops, restaurants or bars around it other than convenient stores. A police dispatch is just around the corner to the hotel, so it's a safe area.

Just stayed the one night. Cery helpful staff, larger room as far as Tokyo goes.

Nice Hotel in an alley close to the main street, but rather on the quiet side. Rooms were really small so i recommend top loader suitcases, but comfy and we loved the samues! There is a public bath and you‘ll find vending machines and laundry rooms at your disposal. You are close to 3 different stations within minutes and within walking distance to Tokyo Station and it‘s underground shopping city.
