Apartment was lovely and friendly cannot fault it except 1 thing the smell of drains had too keep running the water in shower and sink to keep smell down

My booking with this company was cancelled without explanation and when I checked they had doubled the price of the room. I since found out that there was a big fiesta in Benidorm so they obviously rented our room out at the higher cost and just left us to find somewhere else.

Great location, ample parking, very comfortable rooms, very clean everywhere and great value breakfast. Will definitely stay again

Great hotel to stay at in Benidorm. It's really close to the beach and entertainment, but far enough away, so you feel like you can relax. The staff are really friendly and the room was quiet and modern. Parking was safe and easy to access too.

Stayed here a number of times and never disappoint deserves its high ranking lively rooms and dolce gusto coffee machine - excellent value too

We stayed here after deciding to extend our holiday by 3 nights and were unable to stay in our original hotel. It was only minutes from our original hotel so decided on this one and so pleased we did. We were shocked at how nice the apartments were and in fact, were better than the original hotel we were in as far as the room went. It was huge, very modern and clean. The restaurant downstairs was clean and the staff were very attentative and it was well priced. Breakfast was lovely. The pool wasnt huge but big enough and there were plenty of sun loungers, although a lot of the pool area was in the shade at times due to the hige trees surrounding. Great location, lovely hotel and we would definitely stay again as a couple but this time for longer than 3 nights

Really clean property, staff in the cafe very friendly and helpful. Midweek there are plenty of loungers around the pool however on weekends it is very difficult to get one.

Fantastic property, with swimming pool & car park. Everything in our apartment looked as good as new. Great location, about a 10 minute walk from Benidorm Palace. Highly recommended! 😁

We enjoyed our stay. The place is exceptionally clean. The lifts are way too small so we didn’t like that and no real choice but to use them when on the 10th floor. No iron in the room. Pool area nice but not enough beds by far.

Excellent location. Clean. Great room size for a party of 3. We had 2 apartments that joined into 1. Balcony was a great size. Stag & Hen friendly.

The cleaners only came round once (fairly early after being out at night time in Benidorm) when m asked if they would come back they said no. We also asked the man on the front desk for some fresh towels rather than cleaning the room but they left without giving us any, so when we asked the guy at reception for some fresh towels as ours were on the floor in the shower dirty us he told us we had to use them dirty towels as he didn’t have access to the towels which seems a bit silly! The pool also wasn’t cleaned over the night times. Overall though, the room was perfect, good location nice and clean and comfortable

Was honestly a great hotel. 11 of us went for a stag do, 4 triple rooms that were all extremely clean, very nice and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Staff actually allowed us to keep a room on the last day for a small fee to store luggage and get showers after sunbathing. Always plenty loungers by the pool. Coming back next year.

Great apartment in a good location

the next room was so loud, we requested to be transferred to the other room no chance, booked a queen size bed,but given 2 single room, no coffe, and bottled water. And the Aircondition is set up to be in warm. Staff also not offering any help

Very clean and brand new facility. Friendly and helpful staffs. Easy walking to many choices of restaurants and the beach. Easy and secure car parking. worth every penny paid.

The apartment was excellent, clean with good facilities. The balconies where large with good table and chairs.
