Very clean, great neighborhood - would definitely recommend! Came for event at arrowhead. Well worth the 15 minute drive.

I stay here every time I fly out of MCI. Love this hotel

This is the only hotel we stay at when visiting the KC area. The area is safe, with lots of shopping and dining options available close by.

The property is newer, breakfast was good but so close to the highway so it was so loud and nothing within walking distance

Very nice, newer hotel. Great neighborhood. Breakfast was not great, minimal options but well stocked. Clean room, very nice setup but walls are pretty thin. The Interstate is right outside and loud. Also, guests in neighboring rooms can easily be heard. We would stay here again based on location, cleanliness and neighborhood at a good price.

Everything was great, except the front desk staff. A couple of them acted as they were being bothered if asked for anything. The check-in was not warm at all.

Loved the room set up with the couch & trundle - perfect for the kids. Nice pool & workout room. Friendly staff & yummy breakfast. Very pleased!

Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Good location with restaurants and tavern within walking distance. Close to walking trail.

The bed was extremely hard and there was a loud mechanical noise in the room all night long.

We would've given 5 stars had it not been for the stolid welcome from the evening front desk--not rude, just apathetic. Other staffs were great and morning front desk was very pleasant. Property was very nice and clean and breakfast was really good!

Great new accommodations

We were in town for the race. Room was comfortable, service was good, quiet place to stay. Good selection for breakfast.

After an 18-hour drive from Maryland for a family event in Missouri/Kansas, we found a comfortable haven. The spacious room provided ample space for us to unwind and prepare for the festivities. The bed, including the trundle bed, offered a restful night's sleep, ensuring we were refreshed for the day ahead. The bathroom was clean and well-appointed, with a shower that was both invigorating and relaxing. We appreciated the attention to cleanliness in the dining facility during breakfast, where we enjoyed delicious meals each morning. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out seamless processes. The 12 noon check-out time allowed us to depart at our own pace, without feeling rushed.Overall, our stay at was delightful, providing the comfort and convenience we needed after a long journey. We would happily recommend it to others traveling to the area.

Decent hotel, plenty of food options nearby, easy to locate

Avoid like plague if you are a light sleeper. Highway runs right next to property and noise is unrelenting. Poor noise control in building

We've stayed here twice and have really enjoyed it both times. The staff is great and the walkability to bars and restaurants was super easy.

This hotel was in a nice area with a lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would return!

good condition, clean and comfort

This was a nice facility. My family enjoyed our stay. It was close to nice restaurants only 10 minutes away. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was I thought the road noise from I-435 somewhat noticeable when the fan of the heat/air conditioner wasn't running.

Was in room 217. LOVED my stayy. Just one thing. The bathroom door closes but doesnt lock.

The room was great! Clean and stocked well with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. There was a big walk in closet and a nice big, full length mirror. There was also a microwave, small fridge and coffee maker. The breakfast was good, everything was fresh and tasty. The front desk clerks were very nice and helpful, as were the ladies that cleaned our room. It's a great hotel in a beautiful area. Lots or places in walking distance with sidewalks for easy walking. We loved it!

Our stay was horrible. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows was garbage. The room was incredibly loud and the front desk service was awful and very rude. Not to mention the bar was supposed to be open Friday night No bar and Saturday night no bar really it’s spring break.

I was very impressed when we first checked in, the hotel was beautiful and it was in a safe and secure neighborhood. Check in was a breeze and the staff member that helped me was extremely friendly. However, my taste for the hotel quickly changed. My son got sick our first night and we needed some new bedding. My mom went down to the lobby to ask for some and the staff member that was working rolled his eyes and sighed at her before getting a thin blanket and pillow for us to use the rest of the night. The next morning my son was feeling better and him and my dad went to get breakfast downstairs, they brought my son’s milk carton and cereal back upstairs to eat in the room. When my son opened his milk, he took a drink and said it was “crispy” (he’s four), so my mom dumped it in the sink and it was chunky and rotten. They opened the second milk carton my son brought up and poured it into the sink and it was also chunky. When we ended up leaving for the day, I asked if we could have housekeeping attend to our room while we were gone, and the man working at the desk kind of rolled his eyes at me and asked if we had requested housekeeping at check in, I said the staff member asked if we needed it when we checked and I didn’t think we did , but then my son got sick and we needed new bedding, he acted annoyed but made a note of it. That day when we got back everything was fine, checkout this morning was fine but overall, I get better service at an $80 a night hotel. Won’t stay agai

We loved are stay the rooms were warm and cozy, it was quiet and great access to the highway.
