Overall experience is good, I like the new property and very professional staff. However, the floor is too thin and I could hear the guest on the next floor making noises in the middle of the night, and also I could hear loudly every time their toilet flushes.

Great hotel close to Grapevine Mills Mall, the lake, and other attractions. Tons of dining options nearby and the staff at the hotel were very helpful in providing assistance when needed.

The room was nice an comfortable with lots of lighting and easy access to major roads. Really liked the hydration station with soft ice and water by the elevators. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The room stayed nice and cool which was nice.

1) The man who checked us in was extremely rude. As per the website, their shuttle service can pick you up from hotel by request, and when I requested a 5am pickup, he said they wouldn’t do that. Then he told me “no big deal, just take an Uber.” When I told him I had two big car seats and Uber wouldn’t work, he threw his hands up in the air.
2) Our room wasn’t ready at 9pm. Then they tried giving me a one king size bed for 4 people. I told them that a king wouldn’t work, and their reply was that they would have to check for availability. I’ve had this reservation for weeks!
3) Lights and outlets didn’t work in our room.
4) Guy 1 at the front desk gave me complete different information on how to check for hotel airport parking than the 2nd guy that came to help.
Will never stay here again.

The hotel was nice and our room way but it didn't work out that way. Most of the electrical outlets and USB ports didn't work. The only coffee for the in room coffee maker was decaf. The shower had little water with low pressure. The worst problem was the bed, it was basically on the floor, only had a mattress and sagged in the middle so we both rolled that way, and creaked and groaned every time one of us moved. When I told the man at the front desk about the problems as we were leaving he didn't seem to care and said that I must have booked that type of room(?).

We requested an accessible room for my mother who is in a motorized wheelchair. You could tell it was designed with little details often over-looked when hotels retrofit rooms for handicap accessibility - the beds were the right height, the roll-in shower had a built-in bench and the shower hardware was all easy to reach. She rarely travels because of the difficulty finding space she feels comfortable, but she was extremely pleased with this hotel and enjoyed a weekend watching her granddaughter graduate from college.
