1) The man who checked us in was extremely rude. As per the website, their shuttle service can pick you up from hotel by request, and when I requested a 5am pickup, he said they wouldn’t do that. Then he told me “no big deal, just take an Uber.” When I told him I had two big car seats and Uber wouldn’t work, he threw his hands up in the air. 2) Our room wasn’t ready at 9pm. Then they tried giving me a one king size bed for 4 people. I told them that a king wouldn’t work, and their reply was that they would have to check for availability. I’ve had this reservation for weeks! 3) Lights and outlets didn’t work in our room. 4) Guy 1 at the front desk gave me complete different information on how to check for hotel airport parking than the 2nd guy that came to help. Will never stay here again.

The hotel itself was great. They had a breakfast area and bar. It’s in a quiet area with lots to do near by.

We had a great stay! Just wish the pool had more shade.

Very spacious and a very comfortable place to stay

The hotel was nice and our room way but it didn't work out that way. Most of the electrical outlets and USB ports didn't work. The only coffee for the in room coffee maker was decaf. The shower had little water with low pressure. The worst problem was the bed, it was basically on the floor, only had a mattress and sagged in the middle so we both rolled that way, and creaked and groaned every time one of us moved. When I told the man at the front desk about the problems as we were leaving he didn't seem to care and said that I must have booked that type of room(?).

Food was terrible, room refrigerator did not work and staff would not bring a new unit.

We asked repeatedly to have room cleaned. Finally he brought towels and took trash but nothing else. We asked for the air conditioner to be checked because of noise and never heard back.

Great property but needs more parking

Parking was horrible.

We requested an accessible room for my mother who is in a motorized wheelchair. You could tell it was designed with little details often over-looked when hotels retrofit rooms for handicap accessibility - the beds were the right height, the roll-in shower had a built-in bench and the shower hardware was all easy to reach. She rarely travels because of the difficulty finding space she feels comfortable, but she was extremely pleased with this hotel and enjoyed a weekend watching her granddaughter graduate from college.

Everything was clean. Quiet area

I want to say first that my complaints are minimal but it is an explanation of why I rated this as an AVERAGE not BAD facility. When we entered to check in we were greated by a friendly nice person. When we asked for a cart for our belongings she shrugged and said I guess there all out. There was one next to the desk with suitcases on it she said belonged to someone who checked in too early and she was holding them for them until they returned. She did attempt to stash the single suitcase and tote behind the counter or offer us that cart even though I was standing there with a cane and hobbling to the front door to help him. I had recently had an ankle replacement and an achilles repair and wasnt able to help my husband with two bags hanging clothes and his work computer. He had to make two trips while I waied by my bags at the front door on my cane. They said there was a restaurant at the facility. All we saw was a bar in the lobby. If indeed it was a restaurant, there were no menus in the room. There was no menu or sign indicating food would be available. The bar was not open when we were there to ask about the menu. We couldnt find a menu online although there was a section that said dining breakfast lunch and dinner. When we asked the desk we were told the menus are at the bar, which was closed. No coffee in lobby. Average nothing special. Bed and shower with TV.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Clean, safe, and convenient.

This hotel is close proximity to DFW airport, so very convenient, with shuttle services available. Clean and modern rooms and lobby area. The hotel is on the direct flight path for planes arriving, so it made for a more difficult sleep, with the late and early morning flights. Staff were very friendly. Good hotel option, but be aware of the noise from the planes.

Overall, good experience. Some of the workers didn’t seem to happy to be there, but they were polite.

It was okay, the location is still developing but there are meal locations very close. Not sure to come back to this site.

Everyone was professional and very welcoming. I especially enjoyed meeting Roger, the airport transportation driver. What a blessing he is.

The TV was not working. Three visits and 1-1/2 hours later, we had TV service. Then the shower handle was broken, so the door could not shut or open.

Surprisingly nice for a Hilton Garden Inn. I've stayed at some mediocre ones in other areas, but this was sparkling clean, felt brand new.

No water pressure. Very unfriendly staff at check in and check out. Towels in the room were brand new and hadn’t been washed so wouldn’t even absorb water when trying to dry off.

I loved how close it was to the airport and shopping. Great bar and staff was wonderful.

Great location

Quiet and clean

When we got to the hotel no rooms were ready. We had to wait which is ok since the bar was open. We got a room about 30 minutes later. Much faster than the family before us who had tried to check in earlier in the morning. No rooms were available. They came back 5 hours later and still had to wait. We were given a room without letting us know it was "accessible". I was then told they didn't have another room and that since I booked thru Hotels.com I got the accessible room and they wouldn't change it. So we get in the room and the lights on the night stand don't work. None of the plugs next to the bed work. They said they would send maintenance. Then the light in the bathroom was flickering nonstop. I went back downstairs and was finally given a different room. None of the ice makers in the building were working so you had to go to the lobby to get ice from the bar or the front desk. The people at the front desk were not very pleasant. They acted like you were putting them out by asking for ice. It was just a very unpleasant stay overall. This is really disappointing as I usually love staying at the Hilton hotel chain. I don't usually write bad reviews. I usually try to stay on the positive side or just not say anything at all. But this stay was just so bad that I wanted to warn others to think twice before staying at this location.

Nice place. My only complaint is the ice machines did not work and had to go to the front desk to get ice.

We had a great time, very close to the Gaylord Texan but not as $$$$
