Modern hotel with great staff and quiet well equipped rooms. A well thought out hotel experience.

Like the balcony and the space n the room

Clean and spacious. Had to book for emergency overnight and was given a room for three immediately.

I liked the self parking and great restaurants and breweries only a short walk from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Room was immaculate. Shower and bathroom brand new. Very satisfied.

Checked in after maintenance had left for the day. Outlet in the bathroom did not work. Half of outlets in the room did not work. Said would get maintenance in the morning. Coffee maker not working. Maintenance order not given and I retold them I had problems. Maintenance fixed - was a circuit breaker. My meal I put in the minifridge went bad because I did not know the whole story of the power.. Asked for a day off my stay - no. Nice hotel but not a good experience. Bed was comforable.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice. The parking was very convenient and it was in walking distance of Scotts Addition for happy hour and dinner!

Love the room and decor, and the spacious bathroom. My only complaints were the noisy click when the motion-sensor night light came on. It seemed really loud late at night, but I appreciate the light to find the bathroom! Also, the shower curtain didn't cover the entire opening. Kinda odd.

Clean and great location

Great gym. Good location. Only complaint is that the Hotel is cashless - and we did not have change to tip the staff that cleaned the rooms. Maybe consider providing an opportunity to tip through the room bill?

New hotel. Stayed 4 nights, room was not cleaned once, even though I requested it. Bed linens cheap, bed would come undone frequently at night. Surprised of the $12/night parking cost.

Our stay was top-notch from beginning to end. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the staff was friendly, courteous, and informative. We will stay here when we come back and we will be coming back.

Had a great stay here this past weekend . Hotel staff were all very friendly and check in and out was a breeze . Room was spotless as well as rest of hotel . We will definitely be back !!

Everything was great

It was ok but I told the front desk twice that my tv was not getting any movie channels and they never came to fix it the 2 days I was there. I don’t get a lot of down time to relax because I have kids so I was looking forward to just watching a movie and couldn’t.

Very nice clean place

There was a party in the room next to us finally at 1:00 am I called the front desk with no answer! So I went down stairs to find the desk clerk she was sitting in the lounge on her phone. Her speech was difficult to understand and she called room to quiet them down. Fifteen minutes later still no relief from the intense base music and yelling. I went downstairs again and finally she went up and they were asked to leave which they would do.

This is a fairly new hotel, with pleasing modern design. Unfortunately, the construction quality and design of the facilities was disappointing. The shower was a modern, no-door step in shower that unfortunately sprayed water all over the bathroom floor. The lower shelf in this shower was broken, and hanging from a couple bolts. Toilet paper holder was broken. Shower head was not adjustable and piping was loose. There is an indoor pool, but since it is not heated, it provides more of a Nordic experience than a nice warm swim. There was only a single desk chair in the room (queen double), so there were not enough spaces to sit (we checked with the desk clerk, and he said that's all the seating assigned to the room, even though the photos on the website showed another chair. Breakfast was "available" (but not free). We saw no one eating breakfast when we were there. For the price, I was disappointed. Will not return.

Great spot

I stuck in the hotel. The noise outside the apartment was outrageous. Lastly, there were gunshots outside both nights I will say the staff was inattentive and I’m not sure if I would stay again

This was certainly more pricey that other hotels around the area... but 100% worth the money spent. The hotel was super clean, beautiful and accommodating. Every single person we encountered that worked at the Marriott was super friendly. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay. This location, is close to some of the best attractions, Richmond has to offer. Everything was very clean, and the staff was super friendly. I definitely recommend staying. This will be the only hotel we’ll stay at, when we’re in town. Great job!!!!!

Place was clean staff very friendly, but pay to park and no continental breakfast that’s draw back. $40 dollars breakfast that’s a lot.

The hotel was nice and modern, but the noise from the drag racing cars in the middle of the night made it almost impossible to sleep.

For my weekend stay, there was only one working elevator on friday and saturday. On Sunday, when I was going down to check out, neither of the elevators worked. I called the front desk to ask for help carrying my luggage and no one answered. When I complained to the desk clerk she said "oh yeah I heard the elevators weren't working." Pretty dismal.

I definitely enjoyed my stay at this Courtyard. This is a newer property and is being well maintained. The location was a short lyft ride to everywhere i needed to be and close to many food options. Enjoyed breakfast at the bistro on my first day too. The burrito was huge! Would definitely stay here again

Front desk staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, and efficient. The room was the cleanest and most comfortable I could have asked for, if I had to reach for a negative comment, the elevator seemed to operate on a hamster wheel. Still 5 star experience
