Very nice room, biggest bed I have ever seen :-), friendliness of staff (they really care), breakfast food quality was very nice, amazing view from the room, room can be made very dark for very good sleep, very quiet

Dinner food (price/value) in main restaurant was not overwhelming (maybe we went for the wrong choice).

Quarto amplo, extremamente confortável, cama enorme e uma vista maravilhosa para o Lago Lucerna. O banheiro é maravilhoso, as toalhas e o kit de amenidades incríveis.

I recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Palace Luzern for two nights with my wife and daughter, and our experience was truly exceptional.
