Room was great but hearing the "elephant"steps above us not so much. People above forgot others lived below and stomped when they walked.

.we were super impressed with Barsala and the pointe. Nika and the Barsala team made sure everything was detailed for check in. The machine which held the keys wasn’t working correctly, but Barsala helped us and immediately assistance getting into the unit.
The apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Very close to some awesome sights and not far from downtown. We are definitely coming back.

Our experience at Barsala fully met our expectations. The one bedroom unit was exceptionally clean and spacious. All the necessary amenities were appreciated. The 6th Floor rooftop was great! The views of Tampa from the rooftop were gorgeous. We will definitely stay at this location when visiting Tampa again.

Condo was exactly how it was advertised and it felt just like home. Neighbors were nice and friendly. Rooftop view of the sunset was AMAZING. I'm definitely booking with Barsala whenever I return toTampa. A rating throughout.

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed at. Me and my friends loved it for our adults getaway trip. It was the perfect place for us and will definitely be returning. The communication with the property was a 10/10. I loved every moment.

Exciting stay! We arrived at the height of the tropical storm,Debby, Barsala’s City manager, Emily Weissman, met us to be sure that everything was in order. The check-in process was excellent as described in the email. The property was clean, comfortable, and very close To our destination, MacDill Air Force Base. Very satisfactory visit.

We were relieved to have such specific driving directions and property instructions to start our visit. The condo was clean, spacious, and fully equipped (kitchenware, laundry, etc.). We loved the convenience of shopping nearby and appreciated the security of a gated community. Emily was kind enough to call after our visit to ensure that all went well. We will definitely tell others about Barsala.

The second I opened the door I could smell the cleanliness of it (smelled so fresh and clean). The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. When we needed something called and it was brought to us promptly. We enjoyed the property 100 percent. We did go to the pools and everyone was so nice and friendly.

Had a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo that came with a garage. Very clean beautiful area. Everything was informative and easy instructions step by step process to get keys with no problems!! Would highly recommend!!

I liked this property. It was pretty clean and the amenities were really nice. The pool was great and the kitchen was a good size. Rooms were nice too. Communication with Emily was also good and she was quick to fix issues that arose.

The property was great, it was near restaurants and a grocery store. The property was amazing with 2 pools. Really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again if we come back to Tampa.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Barsala in Tampa, Fl. We stayed in a three bedroom condo and it felt like home as soon as we opened the door.The building was super quiet and clean! All of the amenities offered within the unit in addition to the pool, fire pit and game room were excellent.
The Barsala App made communication smooth and Emily was awesome! Emily is a great property manager!
We would definitely stay again in the future and even at another one of Barsala’s many locations!

“ POOR CLEANLINESS” The unit assigned to us smells like “pee” all over unit because of the living room sofa. This was probably due to the previous guest that occupied the space. The property manager Emily tried to resolve the problem by providing us a cleaning spray but unfortunately the foul odor cannot be resolve just by spraying chemicals. We just decided to place the sofa cushion inside the closet to control the awful smell. My observation to this place is they do not have a good cleaning system and crew. Even the beddings in the rooms are quite filthy. The manager offered a discounted rate for our next visit. We did not bother to get it as there’s no way we will come back to this place.

Incredible place! Wonderful getaway for a week. Be sure to bring your own mop if you are staying that long. My girlfriend and myself loved it there. Some downsides:
1) Ants coming through the bottom side gap of the patio door. Need to replace that door in this specific unit.
2) Living room area rug was dirty as heck (do not be barefoot). I recommend that it be shampooed or replaced.
3) They do not send cleaners/maids while customers are in there unless we pay a fee. They wait until we check-out to come in and clean at no additional cost.
Thankful we were able to do laundry in the unit for towels, sheets, and clothes.
Otherwise, this is a GREAT apt for days or week rentals. Would got there again!!! (Just not in this unit until they replace the patio door). 😁

Seating was uncomfortable - not a huge detriment because you want to be out and about when on vacation, but noteworthy.
The pool was very nice!
The bedrooms and bathrooms were very good-sized. Drawers in the closet for smaller clothing items would be appreciated.
Access to extra towels and a place to get more toiletries during a shorter stay.

We enjoyed everything about the property and the room. We wished we would have got three bedroom because it came with a garage. Parking was a little bit of an adventure but other than that we can't complain about anything on the grounds.

The Pointe in Tampa was an amazing stay! Tons of amenities, beautiful decor, secure, and all the neighbors were welcoming. They definitely accommodated our needs for the full week we stayed. I recommend Barsala! Great customer service.

Barsala is a beautiful place to stay if you are ever in Tampa Florida I definitely recommend it. The condo is well maintained, decorations are very nice if I say so myself (interior designer)kitchen fully equipped. Instructions were well received and easy to follow. Only suggestion I have that the towels could be upgraded and more left in the unit at least have a change of towels every other day. We ran into one issue our first morning we got up and saw a few ants on the kitchen island and in the sink, reported to the site manager Emily, she sent someone out to spray the next day. Didn’t see any more ants after they sprayed. Thank you Emily for taking care of the ants. Overall a very beautiful place and yes I recommend it!!!!!!

Everything was just wonderful! Service of the team; check in/out instructions were very clear; the pool/club house/amenities…my daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. Upon visiting the area in the future, I will be staying here. I have already referred a resident of the property who plans on using Barsala for her out of town guests!!

Really great property with nice pool and clean condo and yardspace/parking lot. Communication with the staff was easy and efficient through phone or text and responses were very fast
Only down side is that the location isn't central to the tourist area but everything is just a relatively short drive away.

On the whole, a great place to stay.
I did have one issue - stayed in a 2nd floor 3 bedroom unit, and there was a street lamp right outside the master bedroom window - too much light at night even with the blinds closed - made it hard to sleep well.
Could be addressed easily and without too much expense - add a dark curtain just to rooms in front of street lamps.

Probably the cleanest place I've stayed in. Everything was in place the decor was Fabulous and Comfortable. Workout area and Pool top notch. Just make sure you put parking pass in car or you will be Towed.
