Not the best customer service but the hotel was lovely

Very nice. Only issue was I could hear people walking around in room above me. Annoying.

We had a fantastic stay! Front desk staff was delightful! Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed appetizers and drinks at the bar one night and the bar tender was so sweet. Glad we found this gem of a hotel!

We just got to hotel had a hard time finding parking. They also were having a pride festival next to hotel. We don’t even Checkin since hotel. Com said this hotel offered free parking. Found out that was lie. We also purchased a protection plan from hotel.com that’s a scam as well. Left property called and was still charged for a stay that no manger could even come and talk to us. Never again. I wouldn’t book with hotels.com ever again and definitely don’t stay at this hotel since there is never a manger on duty and doesn’t respond to calls or customer concerns.

A great hotel, in a great location. A plethora of shopping and dining options in walking distance. Valets were pleasant and considerate. Staff was incredibly polite.

Updated room features. We moved rooms due to next door noise etc coming from the guests in that room.

There was a lot of garbage around the parking lot they had a brick wall with trees that had nothing but garage under the trees and they had a dumpster that was full and garbage everywhere around it

I have stayed at this property three times and have been satisfied during each visit.

Darnell was not friendly at all during checkin. He did not offer or explain anything about breakfast. He typed in my credit card number instead of allowing me to tap, and when I said something, he then stated that he stopped and used the card machine. When asked about parking, he just pointed. When I pulled up to the valet parking the attendants just sat looking at me. I had to ask them a question to get them to act. I love Cambria, but this is my first experience in Cola. Not good.

The property was amazing. The entire Staff were all amazing as well. The location was great with many dinning options in walking distant. The restaurant onsite was also amazing for breakfast and dinner options.

Hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. However, and this seems to be an issue with a lot of hotels, the mattress was way too firm. Other than that, it was a very good stay.

A relatively new-er property there in Columbia... Top Notch!! Right there near the campus, so it has been incredibly convenient and a nice home-away-from home when we would visit the kiddo there at USC!!

The Cambria is the hotel I booked after my most unpleasant experience at Embassy Suites Hilton Greystone. The Cambria is a most lovely charming hotel. All staff are engaging and attentive. The Cambria is close to all things downtown, college & university, and libraries. The food is pretty good. Valet service is efficient and staffers there are courteous! The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, and I looked forward to going to my room. The Cambria has the best bed linens, and I appreciate the embedded time clock in the bathroom mirror.

The front desk everyone of them were very pleasant. Made me feel so welcome.

Overall our stay was nice. Staff was very friendly. I was disappointed with the fact that they don’t automatically make up your room each day. Given the price we paid I expect this. When I asked for our room to be serviced they simply made the bed and left clean towels. We did not get clean glasses and they did not restock the coffee supplies.

Our favorite spot to stay when visiting our daughter at USC.

This place was super quiet. Everybody was super friendly. Has good food if you're hungry. Plus if your visiting your family at Fort Jackson for family day or graduation your 15 minutes away but also in town to walk and enjoy

Our daughter had orientation for USC graduate school and we stayed here. Our room was immaculate, spacious and had comfortable beds.
