Almost everything about this hotel is good.

I arrived late but could not eat from hotel coz no halal or kosher food.

Location was very convenient, close to campus.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was very clean. Loved the bar "Trophy Room". Loved the decor.

Would have liked more selection of television stations.

Our room was great - we ended up with a large balcony that we really enjoyed.

There wasn't a coffee maker in the room - just a tea kettle, but no tea either.

These hotels are a uniquely beautiful concept/creation, in the world of hotels…..however

1.) Overpriced 2.) Too many outdated fixtures/accents that did not compliment well, the new 3.) In need of quality control all around 4.) Staff personnel at the front desk (a man w/much hair) was not pleasant/friendly in any way A/C was from the Jurassic Period…did not cool the room at all…miserable…stains on (the beautiful, custom) headboard…linens did not smell fresh and were stained…asked for replacements…many pieces of furniture were damaged but left in place…overall not a $370 experience

The Hotel is a good place. Fancy interior and everything was clean. It is close to downtown and offers free bicycles.

the only thing we didn’t care for was the weak water pressure in the shower. not a huge miss, but one we note for others.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the accommodation was extra nice.

Comfy beds, helpful staff, fun decor. Recycling bins in the rooms! Great location for the university.

Gym wasn’t fully functional—some weights missing and the bench was missing a screw so wasn’t adjustable. Soap and towels were unnecessarily replaced between nights, even though we hung them up to indicate they didn’t need changing.
