Second visit in less than two weeks. It was even better than the first visit. The staff are very friendly and conduct themselves in an very professional manner. Definitely will be returning for more visits.

Never better experience!!! All the staff are nice and kind the food is sooo perfect you don’t even have to go outside of the hotel. Definitely will visit Sheraton Cebu again next time!

Excellent service!

Typical PH hotel resort. Decent but only partially maintained….need more trash cans, more cleaners, more staff interaction, more property maps, etc. Neighbors are dirty and surrounding area is dirty, under construction, etc. Suite is nice, Pool is nice, dining options are good….but dont expect much from the beach. The property has not once dredged the beach, so tons of sharp rocks, etc. Not worth the price. Won’t be back and I am bonvoyage member.

Beautiful place

I had a really happy time thanks to the kind staff during the three days of my stay at Sheraton. I was worried about traveling due to a broken ankle, but wheelchair services were always available. In particular, I would like to strongly compliment Jayson, a lifeguard among the staff. He continued our conversation as sweet as a friend with a kind smile, and pushed my wheelchair from the pool to the room elevator on behalf of me, who has trouble with my legs. I truly believe he has become my friend. I was fascinated by Sheraton's great interior, room condition, and facilities, but actually, its biggest advantage is that of its wonderful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and my YouTube subscribers in Korea!

Genuinely one of the most incredible hotel experiences that I have ever experienced. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left it was incredible. Hannah at reception and Ariel who helped with our bags were so friendly and always said hello and remembered our room number thoughout our stay. Even before the stay they were very responsive on email to answer any questions. The hotel is absolutely beautiful in it's architecture and the room is incredible. Breakfast is also massive and has basically everything you could want. I was a little unwell for part of the stay and they even sent a nurse to the room! The beach is lovely and the added touches of ice cream and free melon was really nice touches. There are lots of activities for adults and kids. We had to catch an early flight and they even packaged breakfast for us to take to the airport. Will 100% be staying again. All the staff were so welcoming, making sure to say hello at all times. The beach is also really peaceful.

Family oriented place. Lots of water activities. You’ll never get bored. There’s no reason to hop to another resort

The resort is very nice, pools, beach, food and the best I had fun is the water zumba 2x a day , will definitely go back .

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, the staff are phenomenal and possibly the best hospitality we have experienced in all of Asia! So welcoming and friendly and helpful...blown away! The hotel is stunning aesthetically and the rooms were fantastic, big space and so modern. The hotels pools were great although a little small and the beach was stoney and not sandy but you can get aqua shoes for free from the recreation desk which was a nice touch. Whether you love the sea or not you have to go snorkelling here, the amount of fish and the clarity of the water is incredible. We have stayed at other hotels in Cebu but this is the BEST by a long way!

Fantastic room. View, pool and beach all near and love the service of all staff we came to meet.

Service was 5-star and we felt very well taken care of. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great - worth the additional cost for our stay, also because the nearest other options require a van or cab ride. Amenities and rooms are clean and modern. Only downsides would be that the beach is small and pebbly vs white sands. The pool is nice though, and they offer aqua aerobics which was fun! Also the location is a bit inconvenient if you have any trips to Cebu City planned - allot about 1 hour travel time. Otherwise it is great being only 20 min from the airport and in a relatively private area.

Very disappointing experience We made a reservation for ocean view with additonal charge, But hotel gave room with no view !! We had complained and front desk told us that they will check and contact to us till morning But even next day, no contact from hotel We contact again and but no any react and no any sugesstion for this problem Evening, we went to desk and complain ! What does mean for after 2 days evening just before check out date ? Very poor service No any fulfillment that Hotel gave us word

The beach was perfect during high tide 😊. Service was exceptional. Food and prices were fair.

Staff friendly, pool nice, room comfortable and bathroom A ok. Dining at The Dip -tasty Peruvian Japanese food with Peruvian chef. Breakfast excellent.

I would like to start with the Service, it was amazing! The Dip restaurant, Buhi cave bar, and 5 Cien restaurant. We were treated like celebrities. Jun, the bartender at the Dip bar close to the pool was the Best, his female supervisor (I forgot her name) was amazing. The only negatives for me, is the sand on the beaches, its not easy on the feet if you are not used to that type of sand! And my pillow in the room, big king pillow, but flat. We had stayed at the Shangri-la, twice as expensive, the week prior, we enjoyed all aspects of our stay at the Sheraton (accept the pillow and sand) than we did at the Shangri-la. Next time, multiple nights at the Sheraton instead of splitting nights between the 2.

The service was excellent person friendly very good assistance

This resort is very peaceful with amazing views. The beach lacks sand that Americans are used too. It is more like fine pebbles and there are fish at shore that swim close to you, like a small fish tank. The biggest complaint is that the resort pools close at 7pm. The restaurants also close early. It turns into a gohst town at like 7pm. There is a service fee added to each bill, so be aware. Overall all this is a beautiful hotel, and with a little better management it could be excellent.
