This home is beautiful. The backyard is so relaxing and perfect for spending time together! Communication with the owner is prompt and easy. The interior space is exactly as pictured and has everything we needed. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are well stocked. The bikes, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are very handy! State St shops and restaurants (we loved Chads for breakfast and Santa Barbara Fish House for dinner) are a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute bike ride away. The bike ride back is uphill but the path is perfect for riding or walking. A day trip to Solvang and the wineries was fabulous. We also enjoyed The Boathouse restaurant and Hendry’s dog beach a few minutes drive away. Overall, this home is truly wonderful!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. The house is gorgeous, but we really spent all our time in the beautiful backyard!! Five adults and three kids all fit perfectly. Hot tub and fire pit were amazing. The only downside was not getting to stay longer. We hope to come back again one day!!

My husband and I plus our son, DIL, and their 5yo and 17 mo children were very comfortable in this nicely-appointed home. Everything needed was there in the house. There were even bikes and a wagon/cart and a hot tub. It’s one block to the ocean! It’s 10 minutes to the zoo. It’s less than 10 minutes to downtown. Great location! Excellent communication with the property manager. A well-run rental! We’d love to come back!

Really enjoyed our stay - fairly new home, very clean inside and out, everything was well stocked. The backyard with wooden deck was very nice, enjoyed the hot tub and waling to the park next to the ocean every day.

This home was the perfect setting for our family. It truly exceeded our expectations and was even better than the pictures.
The outdoor space doubled the living space of the home and was perfect for gathering.
Two fire pits, a jacuzzi, lounge chairs and a cabana - there was something for everyone.
Inside there were many thoughtful touches from a well-equipped kitchen to stocking of coffee, spices and other basic cooking ingredients.
Bathrooms included toiletries down to Q-tips and extra toothbrushes.
There were real, thriving plants throughout the house and the backyard tropical plantings were gorgeous.
The location is great for heading to the beach, hiking in the foothills, biking to the du zone and State Street.
Thank you for hosting us. We get up to Santa Barbara to visit our son and would love to stay with you again.

Great location! Great house! This was a wonderful getaway for four adult family members. The house seems newly updated and tastefully decorated. The outdoor space is really lovely with two firepit areas, a hot tub, an outdoor BBQ and bar, and lots of lounging. The outdoor area is also landscaped beautifully, and has nice lighting. We used the hot tub, and it was very clean.
This home has a master bath with a large ensuite bathroom and double sink. The host provides toiletry amenities in the bathrooms, and lots of towels. There are two other bedrooms, that share a bathroom.
The kitchen includes coffee maker, and is fully stocked with spices, some basic pantry staples, and plenty of dishes, glasses, and cooking ware.
The home is in a great location in a nice neighborhood, less than a five minute walk to a coast side park.
The house is also equipped with bicycles to use, although we never got around to trying those out.
The host was always prompt in replying to any questions. Everything was perfect when we arrived, and we did not need to contact him at all during our stay.
We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to friends visiting Santa Barbara. You cannot go wrong with this property!

This home was perfect for our family group of 8 spending a few days in Santa Barbara. The home is well appointed with plenty of bowls, cups, cooking utensils, etc. in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the location is great -- a 5 minute walk to the shore and convenient to downtown. The outdoor space is the highlight, and much thought was put in to making several comfortable seating areas. Lush plantings made us feel like we were in a tropical oasis. Overall a great stay.

This house was an amazing getaway with friends. It's beautiful & well kept. The owners were responsive to our needs. This property is close to the beach, bike paths and not too far from State Street. It was a perfect location and we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The house is laid out very well, nicely decorated and super clean. The outdoor patio is gorgeous and very private.
The communication with the host was very timely. She provided great information, including a detailed house and neighborhood guide, and was very accommodating.
The location is a quick block walk to Shoreline Park. The park had a great walking path with ocean views. It is a mile walk to Shoreline Beach Cafe which was a fun place to grab a drink and watch the ocean.
We plan to rent this house again.

We loved Taylor’s property, close to the Beaches and ocean view, restaurants and convenient shopping. The house is newly remodeled, very comfortable and super well equipped with bikes, beach gear and everything one would need in the kitchen. The outdoor space is delightful as well . We hope to return!

Our stay was great, home was beautiful modern and clean. Only thing I would mention was the lack of hospitality received from owner's communication via text. Per house rules we were asked to not be on the patio after 10pm which is completely understandable. We never received a welcome text which is also ok but when we went on the patio and turned on our music for only 1 hr between 4/5pm before we were leaving the house for our event, I received a message saying that we were too loud for neighbors (which was never mentioned to us no music during the day either). We were out of the house at 5:30pm for an event downtown and didn't return until later in the evening completely quiet and never went on the patio again. I thought that text was a bit overbearing and uncalled for. The following day during check-out (we were leaving on Sunday) and check-out time was 11am. At 10:50am we already had cleaners outside our door waiting for us to get out I didn't think that was appropriate to be rushed out of the home either. We 1. were paying for our stay and should be respected as guests 2. 100% obeyed house rules and were very respectful of property, left it extremely clean and almost untouched as we didn't even use the 3rd bedroom.

We had a relaxing stay at this recently remodeled home. It is very comfortable with a wonderfully tropical outdoor space. We enjoyed the hot tub, the lounging area and eating outside. There are many beautiful plants outside and artistic touches inside. Everything is exactly as shown in the photos. The owner is very responsive. We look forward to staying here again.

This rental was perfect! From the amenities to the location - our stay was incomparable. Our host, Taylor, communicated everything we needed prior to and during our stay. He provided useful info and recommendations about the town and was never more than a minute or two away from responding to our inquiries. The whole experience was pleasant and easy from check in to check out. The house was sparkling clean. Each bathroom was stocked. The kitchen was newly built with top-of-the-line appliances and had an amazing deck with two fire pits and a wonderful jacuzzi! I only wish I had more time to enjoy the beautiful downtown area, wineries, and beaches of Santa Barbara. Santa Barbara has become my new go-to travel spot. However, I would have been just as satisfied with our vacation had we done nothing but enjoy staying at this beautiful home.
