The check in process was absolutely so easy! The house was the perfect size and was very clean. Absolutely loved the pool, the kids didn't care to go to the beach. Highly recommend this house rental to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. Definitely renting Everytime we vacation down to Florida!

We just returned from our second stay at this property. It has plenty of space for our family of 7. The pool is great for cooling off in! It’s in a good location for all of the places we like to visit. The host is always quick to respond to anything we need. We will definitely return!

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The private pool was excellent, and the house had everything. It was perfect for the week we stayed. There were 7 of us and we all fit very comfortably. The backyard was fenced in so plenty of privacy. We would very much like to visit again!

Very comfortable house for a few couples to stay. Never felt we were on top of one another. The location was great, walkable to a small park on the bay and to Starbucks. The pool was refreshing after a hot day. The location also provided easy access to downtown. Host was responsive.

My husband and I just spent our first winter month in Sarasota and it was fantastic largely due to staying in this home. The home is better than it appears online. It seems like it has been updated since I booked it over a year ago and has a fresh feel to it. It's well stocked, very clean and in a great location. It's just off the main road and while being convenient to restaurants, a grocery store and downtown, it is also quiet. The neighborhood is walkable and friendly, we walked our dog to the close bay twice daily. Finally the host could not have been more helpful. I had a minor issue on my first day and reached out to her. She was very responsive and solved my small problem, as well as making sure I knew I could contact her if I needed anything or had any questions. If you are looking for a great experience in a lovely home...book here. You won't be sorry!

We really enjoyed our time in this house. Great location, We loved the the covered patio and our doggie loved the yard. Loved walking to the bay at sunset. Sarasota is a great city to explore, the neighborhood was interesting, and Elicia the owner was very attentive. We’ll be back

We loved our time at the 4 Bed Pool House! It was very clean and had everything we needed! There were extra pillows, blankets, and beach towels. The location was great - close to the beach, restaurants, museums, and shopping! The house was very nice - the bedrooms were large and spacious! The pool was perfect - clean and refreshing just steps out the door. Our fur babies had a great time and we never had to worry about them at all. Thank you for a great stay! We hope to see you next year!

Words cannot truly express the joy of staying at this property. The property and home are beautiful. The owner Elicia was so helpful the week leading up to our trip and even once we arrived. She recommended several places to eat and visit on our trip. She was so knowledgeable of the area and attractions. She made our satisfaction a priority and we could couldn’t ask for more. The pool was a big hit with our little one and the fenced in area was great for our doggies. We felt safe the whole time and we were a short distance from restaurants and grocery stores. For this being our first time every Florida it was a dream come true. We are so glad that we have found this beautiful home as we will be returning for sure. Thank you Elicia for everything.

My family and I enjoyed the location, the home, and the host was very easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed this stay and will be back again! It was clean and stocked with necessitates such as bath towels and first samples of laundry, dish detergent, and soap. Close to grocery stores and beaches!!! Great place to stay with a family!

This was overall a great stay! Very nice owner, made sure we checked in and settled in ok. House was very clean and has that warm welcome touch. Pool area is really clean, love that it is screened in. Private back yard was just the right size for my 2 pups. Close to Lido Key Beach, St Armands square- just a very short drive away. Has some hidden gems small restaurants close by to eat. I would definitely book and stay here again.

We just spent a week at this house for our son's graduation across the street at Ringling College of Art and Design.
We had plenty of room, house was very well stocked and the lanai with the huge pool was such a delight, day and night. We were close to everything we wanted to do that week, easy to hop on 41 to go everywhere. Elicia, the owner, is the best! We communicated as needed and she was always looking to go above and beyond when you asked for something! Thanks for a memorable week. Hope to return to SRQ as often as we can.

We had a very relaxing stay for 3 weeks. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. Excellent for a morning walk. Great location for beaches and downtown attractions. Hope we will be returning soon.

I took my family for a Christmas week vacation. We had 5 adults and 2 teens. Here are my comments:
- We all had sufficient space.
- The pool was nice, not heated, but nice.
- We could have used a leaf in the dining table and a couple of extra chairs, but it all worked out.
- The kitchen is well equipped.
- Plenty of towels for everyone.
- A/C & heat worked well. Yes, we need both because of a cold snap.
- Plenty of hot water for all of us.
- There was plenty of seating for all of us in the living room.
- Although the house could use some upgrading, we were very comfortable.
- We did not use the TVs because we played games and read a lot, so I can't comment on them. There were 3 of them.
- The house is just as pictured in the photos.
- Parking for 3 cars.
- The price was within my budget.
- The location was handy, but you do need a car.
- Added bonus: there is a combination lock on the door, so you don't need to hassle with who has the key. We all had freedom to come and go as we pleased.
- Good WIFI, even with all of us using it.
I hope to rent this house again for another family vacation.
The owner, Elicia, was excellent with communication.
NOTE: VRBO did not give me the address until 3 days before my arrival. By that time I had already started driving. Don't panic if you don't get a notification -- just email Elicia. She will help you out.
NOTE to Elicia: Thanks for the restaurant recommendations. We tried out a few of them and left a lot for next time.

A smaller home but absolutely perfect for a family of 5 perhaps 8. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Bedrooms were plentiful and I slept like a dream in the master bedroom with shower. Closet full of beach or pool supplies/toys if needed. The home is very close to Lido Beach which was absolutely beautiful. Don’t follow the GPS if it tells you to go Bradenton and back around it’s 5 minutes across a bridge.
House was clean, plenty to watch on the TV, although we didn’t use the pool it was a nice sized pool and private.
Will definitely return again as it truly is a perfect spot to explore the area. Thank you for your hospitality and letting us rent your lovely home.

This property made a great getaway! It has crisp, cool air conditioning for those hot days. A private pool out back provides and relaxing oasis. It was conveniently located to all the beaches we went to including Nokomis, Siesta Key, Coquina, and AMI. It is a short drive to SRQ airport, restaurants, shops, museums, and grocery stores. Also, it is a two minute walk from both Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks for that early morning fuel. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly the owners answered questions and requests. I would definitely stay there again!

This was a great place for our family's visit to Sarasota. Plenty of space, well-stocked kitchen, peaceful backyard pool, and easy drive to the beaches. The house was ready early and the owner told us to come on if we were in the area. They supplied us with all the basics including dish soap, spring, laundry soap and fabric softner. More than enough towels to go around and the pool area was clean and the gas grill just waiting for us. Longboat and Cortez beaches were an easy drive away.

The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The yard was awesome for our dog (fully fenced in and private). We sat in the Lanai throughout the day and into the evening, looking and swimming in the pool. The location was good (close to downtown, Publix, and Baltimore Orioles spring training).
Anything we had an issue, the owners were to easy to contact and everything was resolved quickly.

Nice appliances and kitchen elements. Many of the v rbos have two spoons and one pan, this is clearly either a home or filled out like one for those of us who like to cook our own meals and not just eat out every night.

This place was wonderful. We had a great time.
There was construction going on next door, but was complete when we arrived, looked like it was all being done inside now.
Walks with the dog were in a safe and inviting neighborhood.
All beaches and shopping are an easy drive. We spent much of our time at coquina beach and Anna marie.
The house, pool and patio area are super nice, pool was clean and yard was very inviting, especially for our little Pomeranian, She chased quite a few geckos up the white fence and up the trees.
They had everything you needed for a day on the beach.
Kitchen was fully stocked with almost anything you needed to cook with was there.
Grill was clean and also available to use .*****
Washer/dryer was a big convenience for us, as we were able to wash our clothes upon returning home to head right back out on another vacation*****.
The owners are amazing people, we were able to meet them a few times, while they we on a short visit. *****

We came across this property when searching for a place to stay along the Gulf Of Mexico. We were looking for a place that was close to great beaches as well as shopping and entertainment options. This was the perfect place! The house was a short drive to Siesta Key, St. Armands Circle, and Anna Maria Island.
The house was very clean, had comfortable beds, and a full kitchen which held everything we needed to cook meals. Having onsite laundry was a nice convenience. We also appreciated having everything we needed to enjoy a day at the beach at our disposal, including chairs, towels, coolers, and a cart to transport it all. We didn’t use the pool because of the time of year, nights were too cold to keep the pool warm, but the water was crystal clear.
The house was nestled in a nice, quiet neighborhood which was a great place to take morning walks. We had the opportunity to meet a few residents along our walk to the Indian Shores beach and they were all very pleasant. The little beach itself was fun to explore at low tide. We were delighted to find crabs scurrying around and watching pelicans dive into the water looking for their next meal.
My husband wanted to make sure that I mentioned that he really enjoyed the wildlife. We had a broad shoulder hawk visit us in the tree out front Christmas morning. He found the little lizards to be fun to watch. (None of which were in the house or pool area).
The hosts were very friendly and informative. They gave us great recommendations on things to do and places to eat. They were very responsive to any questions that arose during our stay.
If we find ourselves vacationing in Sarasota again we would be happy to return to this property!

Upon arriving we found 30+ dead worms and salamanders on floor all thru out the house. Owner made no apologies or to have house cleaned. We couldn't find other accommodations left Wed. a.m.

Very nice house. Big enough for my family and very close to Highway for easy access to local places. The only negative was capillary made their way inside frequently but it wasn’t a big deal. The owner is amazing and she will give you all the local hot spots of you just ask. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

Enjoyed the close proximity to Sarasota village which offered ample shopping and restaurants. Close to beaches. Drove to Anna Maria Island to enjoy the beach since Sarasota and Siesta Key were not swimmable due to red tide.
Regarding the home: This is an older home with an updated kitchen. Construction of a condo complex next door took place all week. Worked all through the day everyday, very disturbing if you wanted to hangout by the pool. Furniture in okay shape could use some updating. Beds are hard (we like soft beds). Didn’t get to use the pool the last couple of days due to cloudy and murky water.
The owner was in constant contact to make sure we had a nice stay and to try and resolve any issue we had at the house.

Host was very responsive. We had a small problem with the pool being dirty, pool guy was contacted immediately. Came out that night & at 7 the following morning to ensure all was good. It was clean & useable again. All essential items were included. Construction site was quite noisy, along with cars parked up & down the road (directly in front of house) which made it difficult to maneuver around with a larger car. It is about 15+ mins away from a nice beach. We assumed Indian Beach was a swimmable/family friendly beach (which is 100% our fault for not checking into it before hand.) We attempted fishing there, but it was not an ideal location for that. The AC didn’t work well in the room with the king size bed, so we did have to purchase a fan to make it as comfortable as possible. Overall, we had a great experience & would stay again once construction is over.

Home was comfortable, clean and quiet. We loved sitting by the pool and having our meals outside without any bugs and mosquitoes to bother us. Really enjoyed the relaxation!
