Great place big enough for large family with kids

House was beautiful. So much room . Bedrooms were large. Very clean. Will stay again.

There was a breakdown caused by VRBO which created lack of communication to the homeowner. Once I contacted the homeowner directly, communication was great. My only complaint was the grill was not really usable. Other than that, location was perfect, size of the home was perfect and we had a great time.

Great house. Close to Holiday World. Lots of room to spread out. We had lots of card games in the banquet room along with plenty of seating for a large group. This was our second time at this house but it won’t be our last.

Great place for our whole family of 11

Our family of 8 adults and 7 chldren enjoyed our stay immensely. There is so much room to spread out and plenty of room to enjoy time together. The very short drive to Holiday World and the state park is a big plus.

Nice big house for a large group. Very clean and well maintained. I only gave 4 stars for the check-in process because I had not received anything by about 3 hours before check in time, but once I sent a message to the host, I received a text with the info. Also, be aware that the grill grates are rather rusty so you may not want to plan to use that. No other issues or complaints whatsoever. Very convenient location to Holiday World and Lincoln State Park. The boys enjoyed fishing in the pond. We had a great time!

Others have said this too, and agree, this house is PERFECT for a large group. The large dining room is amazing. Everyone had room to spread out. My father in a wheelchair could get around pretty easily except for getting over the threshold into the dining room. Kitchen was overall well stocked for supplies. The 2 ovens were just what we needed to fix our feast. Very festive in decoration for the holiday. Some bathrooms lacked soap. Plenty of towels. Dish Network is hooked up but nothing worth watching. We logged into our own ESPN and Hulu accounts to watch sports. The TVs do have Samsung TV so there is that. We definitely plan to come back.

First of all, when you first get there, all you want to do is just run around and look at everything because it is just so beautiful! The banquet room is incredible! There was enough room for our group of 19 women and a 3 month old baby to all be in the living room. Plenty of bathrooms. Ample room for multiple people to be in the kitchen at the same time. Garage was big enough for 3 vehicles to park in. The fishing pond was fun too.

This place is huge and a fantastic spot for family and friends to get together. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This is one of my favorite vrbo’s ever. Lots of space for our 5 all of our extended family. The 6 bedroom was awesome. The only thing to watch is your gps tries to take you back to a gated community. There are four signs warning you and all the locals know where you are going. Once arrived the location was perfect.

The house and property had plenty of space, and was well themed. We had a large family gathering with many adults and children; the house accommodated everyone having their own space as well as places to all be together to eat and visit. The Dining hall is a great feature, and the house is only a couple min away from the park.

This was more room than we probably needed but it gave everyone their own room & bathroom And the claw foot bathtub in the Master Suite was amazing

This home is spacious, located close to Holiday World and stores. This is a very nice home! We would come here again!

Wonderful place for a family trip! Lots of room inside and out! Would highly recommend this property!

House was big enough to still have quiet time when needed but lots of room for togetherness. Banquet room became a game room and all the tables were covered with puzzles and games in various stages of play. Only downside and an upside was nothing really close by except Holiday World. Spent one day there and the other three just playing at the house.

Excellent place to stay!!!! The pictures on the website were just a tease to what the what the property had to offer. My family enjoy sitting and eating together and we had PLENTY of that. The most exciting part was we had an inflatable movie screen that we planned to use in the outdoor space for Family Movie Night. The extra dining hall that is connected to the house was big enough for us to enjoy the event indoors! I only had to call the property owner once to tell me how to work the shower upstairs, she offered to come but I sent her a picture in a text message, and she was able to mark my picture and we were able to take showers. This was a great week for us, and we are trying to think of reasons to return! Jayden's Parents and Family

Mistletoe Manor made our family vacation such a delightful time together. We had plenty of room for everyone; the banquet room was amazing,; the fire pit was perfect for s’mores, and there were plenty of games and even a pool table for entertainment while there, although we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house—we spent most of our time at Holiday World, which is just a short drive away. We could even watch their nightly fireworks from our front yard!! Excellent choice when staying in Santa Claus, Indiana!

Overall experience was great and we enjoyed our stay. Large beautiful home as pictured with plenty of room for our large extended family. Just few minor issues during our stay but Kara was readily available and responded promptly to take care of them.

The house was amazing! We will definitely be staying there again. It was much bigger than expected and the dining hall was such a nice surprise. Absolutely worth every penny!!

We had a great time at the Mistletoe Manor! Some small issues such as internet not working and a missing door knob on the bathroom were addressed with owner and they worked on the phone with us to get the internet going. The pictures do not do justice to this home, and there is not a picture for the large eating room that also housed our VR competitions. We had everything we needed but do agree with an earlier review that the kitchen supplies are lacking and we are glad we brought everything we would need in the way of pots, pans, utensils, etc. Minutes from Holiday World with a large pond and yard we all enjoyed. Highly Recommend!!

The house was well decorated and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked, but would suggest bringing large pots and pans if you're cooking for a large group. The house was right off a main street with steady traffic but very little noise could be heard in the house. Lots of yard in the back. The pond is very peaceful, the kids got a kick out of being able to see the fish. Overall it was a delightful stay and would definitely recommend the house for large groups. Very happy they provided plenty of linens and trash bags! The only negatives to speak of was the grill wasn't clean when we arrived. I had to reach out to the property manager to ask how to get into the house. The response to my inquiry was very quick. No instructions were given regarding check in or check out. We tidied up before leaving but wasn'tsure what to do about the linens. My family was very happy with our accommodations.
