C'était vraiment second pour nous car nous ne sommes pas dutout television, mais soucis avec la TV, elles ne fontionnaient pas

Apartamento limpo e espaçoso... próximo ao transporte público gratuito. Valeu muito a pena conhecer.

The location is great, quiet unit even tough there are some reconstructions going on. The gym is awesome, and the hotel has its own shopping mini mall with a lots of jobs and places to grab something to eat.

Really dusty place. The dust from outside or from the vents makes the unit dirty pretty fast. Would be nice to have some more toilette paper available, at least, or some cleaning services for longer stays such as more then 3-4 days.

The room location was very nice

A few issues- most cushions missin fron balcony furniture. The only lamp in living room switch is broken. Safe does not work. Only 1 wash cloth. No kitchen towels for dishes. I also think a new mattress is needed.

Spacious, clean, well located. For us it was important to be close to Wynwood Art District as we were participating in Art Basel, and it was about 30mins walking. Good amenities in the apartment, we had a comfortable stay.
