I liked the location and monorail access.

Staff was rude. Check in gal was too busy talking with another and finished her personal conversation before assisting me. ALL valet employees harass you for a cash tip EVERY time you get your car, mind you that this service is provided by the company. One valet employee was cocky enough to pull out his wad of money in front of us and waited! When asking for assistance with directions, you get vague answers that get you lost. And to add to frustration, the room was somewhat satisfactory with holes in the wall, stained curtain, dirty counters and floors. I can honestly say I had only one positive interaction with one employee during my 4 night stay for our wedding/honeymoon.

Location is key! Close to everything. Loved the restaurant lobby inside the MGM.

I purchased 1 bedroom 2 bathroom penthouse suite. Four rolls of tissue for 4 people. Went downstairs to loony to request more rolls of tissue and clean towels but was given a number to call a third party. After calling the third party cleaning service 2 days in a row a guy finally answered and said they will not be able to bring tissue or towels 4 hours after our phone conversation. And almost 48 hours after calling by phone. Horrible experience

The room was dirty as we walked in the bar looked like it had not been wiped down next to the sofa in the living room there was gummies on the floor and candy wrappers we tried to ignore all of this but the works was after the first night there was bed bugs, looks like they had been there for a while because there were tons of them and when the mattress cover was lifted there was carcasses on the mattress. Completely disgusting.

This was one of the best stays I have had in awhile. Great staff, and such a great price. Worth every dollar.

I would like to have been offered another night.

The smell of Marijuana inside the hotel.

Very spacious with 2 full bathrooms. Bed and pillows were great.

No utensils, pans or dishes for the kitchen. Kinda pointless without those items

No access to a pool, we could see pools but couldn’t use them. And the pool times are to short.
