We were staying here just one night to go to a Packers game - room was fine - nothing special. Restaurant food was good although the service was slow. Easy access to get to Lambeau in about 10 minutes. No reason not to stay here. Casino attached to the hotel which was a bomus.

The interior of the hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were large and newly remodeled. It didn’t feel like there was much to do around the hotel.

When i arrived to check in, there were only 2 staff at front desks on friday @7. There were a group of 8 ahead of me. Mandi was waiting on 2 women with no urgency to get through the process, they just kept casually talking knowing full well the line was getting longer and longer! After about a 10 to 12 minute checkin for them, they could probably see i was irrated and they finally moved on. My checkin took less than a minute because i know its important to get guests waited on. I was quite irritated as well as the people behind me. The room was clean, the casino was great, just that Mandi needed to handle the situation better.

Convenient to Lambeau field. Rooms are standard. Restaurant was fairly good.

We really liked the hardwood flooring instead of carpeting in the room. I wish all hotels would follow this example. Carpeting is a trap for filth. Room in general was good but a bit small for the price paid in Green Bay. Room smelled fine but some hallways smelled of long gone smokers.

Ive stayed at Oneida many times and have enjoyed my stay; however, this stay was disappointing. Check in services were disorganized and the staff was dismissive. I was not greeted upon my arrival and after giving my name, the only words spoken to me by staff was to slide my card, I was never told a grand total. I was never given information about housekeeping, onsite amenities or pool hours. Next, the room was dirty, which was unlike previous stays. We had large amounts of dust under the desks and stains on the walls. Our fitted bed sheets were on backwards. I tried calling housekeeping and the front desk for over 30 minutes 1 evening with no answer. When I walked to the front desk, staff were standing around talking and I could hear phones ringing in another room. Was disappointed with this stay and will likely stay somewhere else next year. We stay in Green Bay 2 or more times a year, and had been a loyal patron.

I reserved 8 rooms with two queen beds for family to stay. When we got there, a mix up happened with miscommunication between expedia and the hotel. The hotel had us down for 8 king beds rooms. It was a very frustrating afternoon getting my family a place to stay as it was a big weekend in Green Bay for the family night at Lambeau field.

We found the hotel hard to find even though we drove by it 3 times. The signage is non existent or hard to read. Other guests we spoke to had the same issue.

Very nice, big hotel... The part we were in was quiet. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean.

My daughter booked this room for 4 of us and there was only one king bed. The desk staff said they couldn’t do anything because Expedia over booked and gave us the wrong room; we were supposed to have two queens. The staff offered blankets and pillows and they never arrived. My son drove 3 hours to go back home instead. The desk told us there were 150 booking issues that night. We also traveled to Yellowstone last summer and every reservation Expedia made was messed up. We will NEVER book through Expedia again. And I expect a refund if Expedia ever calls.

We had a great stay at the Oneida hotel. It is conveniently located near Lambeau field. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only "complaint" I have is that the door to the bathroom didn't lock and the toilet paper holder on the wall kept falling off. These were two minor things that didn't effect our stay.

Horrible. Didn’t get the room we paid for, then got overcharged $80 for the room we didn’t pay for. We had 5 people and they gave us a 1 king bed room. For almost $300 you’d think they could at least get the room right. All other hotels in town were sold out for the same event we drove here for. We drove 4.5 hours and our kids were pretty disappointed we had to cram in a room like that. We even booked 2 months in advance to avoid bs like that. They were not helpful at all, said to call hotels.com to get a refund or make it right. I called 4 times and got ‘disconnected’ all 4 times. Then The 5th I did the chat online and magically the guy said he was having ‘system errors and a supervisor would be in contact within 3 hours’ here we are a day later and still nothing, no response, and no way to successfully get ahold of them. Between my account, my husbands, and our business account through hotels.com we have easily spent 20k on rooms this year for personal and business use, through hotels.com and we will probably never spend a dime on booking with them again.

We had booked a room with 2 queens beds at Oneida through hotels.com, which we printed out the confirmation and receipt that indicated the type of room and brought with us to check-in. Upon arrival and getting access to our room, there was only 1 king bed for a family of 4. Customer service at the front desk was not helpful when we went to discuss and just stated their system showed 1 king bed was what we booked. They offered one rollaway which was a twin which we took, so we had to do 3 in the king bed, which we made work. I contacted hotels.com immediately and they confirmed the booking was for 2 queens and attempted to contact the hotel, but did not have a resolution as the hotel was booked. Hotels.com also indicated that Oneida was not able to confirm where the issue occured. We made the best of the situation and hotels.com went above and beyond trying to resolve. I just wish the customer service at the front desk at least apologized (there wasn't even 'I'm sorry, but our system is showing...only just stated their system showed the 1 bed). Overall the hotel was clean and quiet for the number of events occuring.

The foors in the room were not swept/ vacuumed. The room was very humid and the sheets and covers were damp from the humidity.
