Quiet. Easy access to highway. The staff in the restaurant area were super nice!

Doors on room were iffy... sometimes they would open sometimes they wouldn't...living room tv would shut off quite a bit and then we found a roach crawling on the wall.... they blamed it on the rain.... smh... never again will i stay at this hotel. Let's not forget about the ceiling that was leaking where the light was... that can't be safe !!

Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The outside pool was not ready until the day after i was there. Even then, the pool didn't look clean. The inside pool was a little better, but it change my mind about going swimming.

The rooms were very clean. The pool is falling apart and very cloudy like they dont know how to properly clean it. Many people were oustide smoking weed, and also smoking in the hallways at night.
Its too bad the property could be amazing with the casino right behind it but the area is run down. The hallways had no AC. The AC in the room didnt get very cold.

Second time here and I will stay again. For me, close to the 2 casinos but previous visit made us stay. price was well under $100 as i was looking stay in budget. Room was clean and spacious, I actually booked two rooms for family. Bed was comfy not the best but super clean room and bathroom. Pool if you want , no time for me. quiet surroundings. Comes with breakfast free and it hits the spot. good options. gave me a noon checkout and I will go back again when I pass thru. thanks

tried several times to enter room but door stuck and locked back on us you had to give it a good push to enter room. stayed several nights and did not get room service while we were there.

Bathroom was small, no vent and not enough towels. Pool the outside one was green. Needed to be shocked. Not clean. Ice machine broken. Inconvenient had to go to kitchen and get.

Bathroom needed some maintenance. Bathtub was very slow to drain and the sink faucet leaked onto the counter when you turned it on.

This motel was fantastic. The emlpoyees made it that way Best Western should be very proud of these folks everyone one of them behind the desk and the breakfast area and maintenance this location is an asset to Best Western. They deserve a BONUS

This hotel is very run down and creepy. We actually checked in and lasted about 15 minutes before we decided to cut our losses and get a different hotel across the street. The front desk worked was very nice and helpful, so it wasn't the service that had us leaving, just the general condition of the hotel and rooms.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I had to cancel my last day of stay and they did so without hesitation. The free breakfast was an actual breakfast and very good. The outdoor pool and patio was pretty and perfect for gathering. Most importantly, our rooms were clean and comfortable. Very pleased!

The hotel was good and in a great location.

The staff was mostly wonderful. We did have to wait 10 minutes for a staff member to stop smoking to help us and had to call the 1-800 number to get through to someone for toilet tissue. We had cockroaches in our room and saw a mouse in the hall. The beds were not comfortable and old. The outside pool wasn’t open. The breakfast was fantastic. Our room did not have enough working plugs. The bathroom fan didn’t work. The air conditioner didn’t work that well. We did enjoy being close to our friends but probably wouldn’t not stay here again. The price was also good but you get what you pay for. Definitely needs some updates!
