Great room. It was clean and neat. We had a nice view of the beach. Stagf was pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was nice, clean, priced well and included breakfast. Being oceanfront was a big bonus.

Shower head was broken off. 2 huge cracks in the ceiling and wall of the bathroom. Gnats and roaches everywhere.

Let's start with the door. I thought i was visiting someone in jail.need to replace door. Wires were coming from behind the HVAC unit. Hot water took to long to get hot. Did not get hot in the sink. I have stayed here before and was surprised at how they have fallen off. We will not stay here anymore

A great place to spend a few days away!

The room itself was very nice and clean. It had a lot of room. The water wasn’t always hot or even warm when taking showers or washing hands. We were on the 6th floor and the ocean view was absolutely beautiful. The indoor pool was super cold and not very warm making it not so fun to swim or play in. The main issue I have with this hotel is their parking situation. When entering the first time to check in, you drive under the building with a very sharp right turn. There were other cars blocking this entrance making it very difficult to get passed as I was supposed to do once checked in. Then when exiting the check in lane, you make an immediate sharp left to begin entering the parking garage. I had to back up and pull up to make this turn. Then once in the garage, you have to keep making sharp turns to keep going up to the floor you are staying while also trying to keep from scraping other parked vehicles in the process. This parking garage is very dangerous and scary. Other than this, the stay wasn’t terrible. Location was great for us for this trip. Just hated the parking.

The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel room was quiet, even though I know there were several families staying the night. The balcony was perfect for a beautiful view of the sunrise over the ocean. The breakfast was very busy but they had plentiful food and continual monitoring and cleaning. The door to our bathroom was tight, needed servicing, and the shower was dated, but very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!

Everything was good about the hotel except the bathroom. It was shabby and in need of a major renovation. The shower and tub were awful. The location of the hotel was perfect and the view from our balcony was beautiful.

Loved the oceanfront experience. Very good breakfast daily with eggs/meat and more.

We enjoyed ourselves, staff was very friendly, the only thing is the bed was a lil uncomfortable, should upgrade your mattresses, but other than that everything Elese was nice.

Great choice for stay in Virginia Beach

The hotel was clean & well maintained. Our room was clean & comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the staff kept it stocked throughout the breakfast hours. All of the staff we encountered were friendly & welcoming.

My family spent three days here and from the start the hotel was a disappointment. Patio door had to be fixed, toilet wouldn’t flush correctly, and we couldn’t sit out on our balcony for the smell of marijuana and smoke from other guests below us. The breakfast options were so poor - overdone sausages and powdered eggs were the only hot entrees, along with brown bananas as the only fruit offered. It felt as if the hotel was doing the least they could do, not looking to the enjoyment of their guests. We would never stay here again.

It was not that great of an experience with the room. We were on the 5th floor and it was a stinking smell all over. Balcony was not in a great shape. Ocean view was great.

Excellent location, walk to the boardwalk/ beach. Very nice and courteous staff, room was clean, bed was cozy. Only problem we had was water was not hot enough for shower.

Minor inconveniences like room phone didn’t work to call downstairs, ac broken(maintenance took care of it easily) remote controls didn’t work.

The view was fantastic, this is definitely an older property but they are doing a decent job maintaining the property. The parking lot is convenient but very small. I would return with my family in the future.

The parking garage was a nightmare. The turns were so tight. I scratched my mini van making a very tight turn. The beds were somewhat unconforable.
