This hotel was perfectly situated for main attractions, museums etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable.

Location, location, location. The hotel itself is fine. It’s pretty clean, and the staff are lovely. The rooms are very dated and the mattresses really need replacing. However, the location of the hotel is amazing. You have easy access to everything such as circular tram, MQ and lovely parks to name but a few.

Excellent hotel with a large, air-conditioned , clean and comfortable bedroom. Good selection of food and drink at breakfast. Within easy walking distance of Museum Quartier and other tourist attractions. Would recommend. Plenty of decent eating places close-by.

A charming hotel, with nicely appointed rooms offering terrific views of the Viennese skyline. The restaurant offers a breakfast buffet with an impressive variety for a reasonable price. The staff are friendly and wonderfully accommodating. The subway is a short (<5 min) walk away, with a mere 2-3 stops to the city center. The local neighborhood has a wonderfully eclectic feel, with apartments, a playground, shops, a theater, and various eateries. Nice accommodations, friendly staff, convenient transportation, and a nice neighborhood — all for reasonable prices. What more could you want? Highly recommended. :)

The attitude shown during the process of resolving the clogged bathtub was really unpleasant. The bathtub, which had never been used, was clogged, and the water wouldn't drain. I had no choice but to shower in the sauna, which didn't have a lock on the shower booth (it was unisex), making me feel very insecure. The next day, a technician came with a plunger to fix the problem, but the result was minimal. Fortunately, I was moved to another room, which was very comfortable and clean. If the staff had just considered things from the guest's perspective and expressed some regret, I wouldn't have felt so upset.

All in all good. Room was totally ok. Enough space for 2 people. There is tram that goes the same street, so it is quiet noisy. Metro station and a little store nearby, very convenient.

People were friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean. The location was great- 2 block walk to the U3 and 4 blocks to the ring and trams. Lots of places to eat, drink and shop close by. Breakfast was very good- great coffee, lots of tea choices, meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, brotchen, kuchen, eggs, sausages, fruit juice, etc. It is not pretentious and fancy. It is much better than basic lodging.

Fourth time I ve stayed here over 8 yrs and love it because it is consistently clean , quiet and well managed.

The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. Location is unbeatable and a little bit back from the main roads so you don't get city noise. Breakfast is varied from full English to get a roll and a little jam. If you stay for a few days and put a sign on your door you don't need cleaning, they offer to plant a tree and give you a voucher for a free glass of wine. Bar is simple but nice. One day I wanted a light lunch and got their potato soup. I'll definitely go their again and check out their other locations.

The location, breakfast, and service staff were all good. The front desk staff and gym were bad. The front desk staff are RUDE. The card they hand out with the key says check out is at 12 pm in English but 11 am in German. I brought it up and said, I think 12 should be honoured. They didn't like it and told me to just leave at 11. At some point during my stay I called and asked for an extra tower, the guy on the phone said 'come downstairs and get it' Ok... Gym weights are too light and it gets way too hot in there.

We had a lovely one night stay here. Perfect location, good breakfast, kind staff, a free welcome drink and they very kindly left us some prosecco, chocolates and a card in the room for my wife's birthday which was a lovely touch. Thank you so much!

Area was super convenient. There is a bar on the corner of the block where people stand outside and seem to yell all night. The bar apparently stays open until 6AM. The hotel was lovely and clean and I can’t blame them for a local business with noisy customers. Just something to think about if you stay here. Also, I did pick this place because it had air conditioning yet once I got there they had shut it off for the winter so I had to deal with their idea of a comfortable room temp. Had to open the windows to cool the room and then the bar yelling customers were even louder. Needless to say, if you’re used to air conditioning in your hotel rooms and it’s not summertime (we stayed at the beginning of November) you are in for a disappointment with that. Overall, I loved the location, the room was very clean, staff were all pleasant and it wasn’t crazy expensive so I’d definitely stay here again.
