I have previously stayed at this property and had an excellent experience. Unfortunately this time around the property looked worn, hallway carpet was in horrid condition, bathroom door had bad water damage along the bottom and the beds were doubles not queens and not very comfortable. Disappointed since its location makes it a great option and the property is a beautiful French quarter building. Hopefully they will invest some and do some upkeep soon.

Great location. In the French Quarter but very quiet street 1 street from Bourbon Street festivities. Nice size rooms and clean. Very helpful tourist desk to recommend activities.

My stay at Holiday Inn Frenchquarter was for a my birthday. The amenities were clean and decorated nice. The staff was very helpful. I liked the location, it was close to everything. I would stay again and would recommend them.

The room was so much larger than i thought it would.
The entire French Quarter was walkable.

No parking cost $50 per day. Even if you don't use it for a couple of days. No microwave. No hotel pickup at the airport had to walk 3 miles to hotel after using the bus.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn FRENCH QUARTER-CHATEAU LEMOYNE, and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The noise from the elevator was unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Despite my repeated requests to the hotel staff to address the issue or change my room, they were indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of concern for guest comfort is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and restful stay.

The hotel and people were excellent. Was frustrating that I could only use valet to park my car and had to pay $48 per day.

It was a wonderful stay! Hotel was really nice and the location was great.
Walked to alot of the places on our list to visit. Only thing was ice machine was broke and the beds were not very comfortable. Rooms were great and very clean.

Be aware of the maid service!
We had a maid take from our room, I felt violated only because she looked through my belongings and stole from me. I did let the front desk know and the Gal that inspects the rooms after they’re cleaned, know what happened, and I was told they would make a note of it, and that they are sorry. I will not be staying here again!! The staff was friendly, the place was dirty. There were huge stains in the carpets in the hallways, needs a good cleaning. The building is old so some things to be expected, like chipped paint on walls and doors. Just be careful staying at this hotel and hide all your belongings.

Drain was stopped up in the tub which allowed dirt to be collected around it. And my car keys were misplaced between the desk staff and valet.

The concierge was very helpful. She explained all the tours and activities around the area, listened to the places I was interested in visiting and marked everything on a map for me. She was great!
Unfortunately, the room was hot. The AC didn’t cool and it was late at night when we came to our room so I asked to be moved to another room. Instead, they sent someone from maintenance and he couldn’t fix it. By the time we were offered to move rooms, my husband was asleep. We kept waking up at night sweating. I wish they would have moved us immediately and they could have given proper maintenance to the AC and fix it without guests being in the room.

The staff were pleasant, the rooms were clean but the property is very old so you noticed some things. Outside is the lively bourbon street just one block west and it is filthy and funky, beware of that and all the drug addicts around.

Appreciated that the hotel was in the middle of the action on the French Quarter. Didn't really like having to pay for parking ($45+ per day), but it was a comfort knowing our vehicle was safe.

Great location but room staff were not the best- all our amenities in the bathroom were empty and it took days until someone refilled them even after calling for service twice. The room was nice with mini fridge too and location was great and quiet being a block from bourbon.

If your looking for a central location to French Quarters this is a great spot. Be aware this hotel did not have a bathtub and was in the process of being remodeled. Looking at scaffolding while swimming and trying to relax was unappealing.

It’s unfortunate that the hotel closed their onsite bar and doesn’t offer breakfast. It’s very walkable to other establishments but we wanted the onsite option as well. Otherwise, we had a very good experience with everything.

This is my 2nd time staying here. The staff is great and very helpful. The rooms are clean and housekeeping is also nice. They are located a block from Bourbon Street.
