Beautiful place! Although hurricane Helene came through, so the weather wasn’t that great. The staff were so nice and helpful! Mike at the front desk was great!

Black out curtains did not work. Room was facing parking lot so had bad sleep as light was washing in.
Lobby was very nice but my room was not the best...a bit dungy, toilet water sprayed/splashed.

Wonderful Hotel! Location was awesome as it's centrally located to everything! Close to shopping and restaurants. Short drive to Shem Creek, Patriots Point, as well as downtown Charlestown. The pool was fantastic as well as the lobby bar. Rooms were clean. Nice shower but bathroom was a little tight. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant so I cant speak to the food. The only downside would be the lobby lacking coupon books for area attractions. Traffic in the area can get heavy at certain times of the day. Plan accordingly.
I would definitely stay here again.

The traffic was so bad we opted to lounge at the pool instead of go to the beach. It was wonderful- live music- outdoor games- welcoming staff- great drinks.

Hotel Indigo is very beautiful and in a great location. Arrived about an hour earlier than check-in and the room was not ready. I was told they would call me when room was ready; however, at check-in time, no phone call and as I sat in the lobby they started checking in other guest. The room I was given was a view of the roof and right next to the elevator which was not a pleasant experience due to the noise. I was supposed to check-out Thursday morning but left on Wednesday evening to avoid the noise so I could have a peaceful night.

We were thrilled with our stay recently at the Hotel Indigo. Staff, Property, Quality of Food/Beverage was excellent. Housekeeping services were a little slow but worth the wait. Thank you to the hard working staff. Excellent job!

The hotel pool and bar is the only positive. When we arrived in our room the window was so filthy that we couldn’t see out of it. It looked like a dog or a child had licked all over it. I asked the front desk to send someone to clean it and no one ever came. Even during service overnight it was not cleaned. There were no mattress covers and two of our pillow cases had holes in them. Would not recommend!!!

We absolutely loved it here. The pool is amazing! Never seen palm trees along the poolside before at a hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little small but is not something that will keep us from coming back. Highly Recommended!

Not too pricey, has guest laundry for small fee. Easy free parking. Beautiful pool area. I will say bartender seemed annoyed with life in general which I mean we all are at this point. But could’ve been friendlier.

I had a horrible view from my room overlooking the roof! The room was nice. I enjoyed the pool and the bar. Had some loud kids in the room next to me but that can happen anywhere! Overall it was good and I would stay again. I would just request a room without the roof view. I usually stay at Harborside but it was fully booked and happy I found this hotel. It was less expensive and a good value!

My wife and I were impressed! The hotel is in a convenient location, providing for easy access to tourist hot spots, restaurants and travel conveniences. And the staff provided remarkable recommendations for quality experiences in and around the city. In addition, it was wonderful to relax in the pool at the end of the day and unwind comfortably.
