Very friendly and helpful staff, especially front desk. Room was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful. We stayed in this hotel on our trip up and again on our return.

Easy access location right outside downtown. Unexpected bonus, they offered a marathon shuttle drop off and extra early breakfast with a great variety of items for runners. Room was nice and clean.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Thank you for all the extras for St Jude marathon runners. I appreciate the early breakfast and race snack.

In Memphis for the St Jude run. We were initially a little worried about the location, but lots of guest were in town for same reason and made for a good atmosphere. We arrived early / mid-day on Friday and were allowed early check-in. Room was small but clean. Beds slept well. Staff were exceptionally nice !

I really liked this hotel. While it may need a little updating, it was very clean and the room was fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in the shower, as well as hand soap and lotion at the sink. The staff is incredible! Every hotel employee greeted us as they passed by while doing their jobs. As an added bonus, they provide a great breakfast. I stopped there while traveling to Louisiana and again on my return trip to Chicago. I will definitely be staying there again.

The room was very nice. The front desk clerk was very friendly at check-in in at checkout. Breakfast was delicious overall was a nice rest before we jumped back on the highway.

Downstairs lobby is very welcoming and decorated for the holiday. The clerk greeted us right away and was super friendly. Room was very clean and smelled nice. Only problem was the drain in the bathroom sink is backed up. Also there was a mildewy smell coming out of the heater fan. Other than those 2 issues, the room was very clean and comfortable.

Perfect location for access to LeBonheur Hospital and various fast food restaurants, pleasant property and parking lot, good breakfast. I felt secure even in the midst of Memphis.

The girls thar checked us in were AMAZING.. very friendly & helpful. I believe there names were Ebony & Erica.

Very convenient, right off the highway. Lots of restaurants close by as well as gas stations. The staff was very nice, always greeted us with a smile and made sure we didn’t need anything. I was really impressed—I wasn’t sure about the location because it’s by a lot of hospitals but it was a good place!

The room was humid and wet and smelled as such. I stepped on a spot where the carpets underpinning was exposed so I’d guess it was a staple I stepped on.

The room is clean, but there are only two charging ports and one of them doesn't work. That's terrible for a room n with sleeping for 4 people.

Our overall stay was good, we did visit during the hottest part of the year, but the hallways to the rooms were so hot it was suffocating at times to walk down them.

The room we got was dirty, needed paint , carpet , bathroom, door ect dirty! The gentlemen front desk immediately gave us a new room that was clean. Unfortunately this hotel is dated . The rooms are too small for the furniture. The building needs a complete renovation and look and feel more like many other holiday express.

Great hotel and great location. Only minutes from downtown. There is security that watches the parking lot all night. That was awesome! Breakfast was great with great selection. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Pancakes, sausage, eggs & biscuits were all good too.
Seemed like the air was not working in the hallways but
worked fine in the Room.
Received extra pillows with a bug in the pillow cases and
the room & bathroom could use a little more attention.

Great location and friendly staff. We arrived early but we’re still checked in, thank you. Staff were all polite and friendly. Breakfast was basic but to be honest, we were more than happy with it. The only minor issue was the room was not cleaned daily but, other than that minor point it was great

Everything was fantastic until the day of checkout. There was a knock by housekeeping at 9am checking to see if we were still our room. Two issues, 1, my sign was on the door saying “not ready yet” and 2, checkout is at 11am. Why are you knocking at my door 2hrs prior to checkout??

I booked this hotel for the swimming pool. However it was closed. This is something that should be known to customers before booking. False advertising.. the manager was so nice he offered to pay for another hotel that had a pool. I would give 5 stars but it was hot asf and I didn’t get to swim.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our reservation due to the fact that the pool was not opened. Having a pool was a main factor in reserving this hotel as we had children on trip. No pool was NOT fault of hotel but lack of inspectors. Hotel staff was gracious enough to cancel with no fees/penalties. Would be willing to book again if ever in area.

I picked the hotel because of the pool, and was not notified until I checked in (Friday) that pool was not available because of painting to start on Monday. No preparations were being made throughout the weekend for work to start on Monday. Also, there were no snacks for purchase in the lobby, other than what appeared to be some old items tied in a bag in the cooler.

Great hotel for the price! Close to Beale Street & other attractions. Room is updated with multiple charging outlets; comfortable bed. Breakfast was good & service at front desk was excellent. The pool was closed during our stay but we weren’t planning on using it anyway. Would recommend for a short stay.
