Loads of free car parking, friendly and helpful reception staff. Room was exceptionally clean and in great condition and as always at Holiday Inns the beds are really comfortable, nice bedding and pillows. Premium room had it's own Lilly coffee maker and free snacks/drinks in the fridge which was a nice touch. Good quality products to use in the bathroom which was also immaculately clean. All round really happy with my stay!

Only stayed 2 nights. Rest of time touring using hotel as a base. Therefore limited experience to offer a detailed view.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was very clean and tidy and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Plenty of free parking.

The swimming pool and friendly staff

My noodle soup for dinner came with a dead fly and a hair in it. The restaurant manager was very good but I cancelled breakfast and opted for McDonalds. When I went outside for a cigarette at 11pm, I saw a mouse run down the hallway. Reported to the staff in the morning. Rooms were awkwardly small, thin walls, and the TV was just on the side of a desk and you couldn't easily watch it from bed without craning your neck. The shower was visibly grimey, the shower on/off valve felt like it was about to fall off, most plug sockets weren't even installed properly in the side of the bed and were visibly wonky. One plug socket was damaged and looked like it was falling off. £90 is insanely expensive for that, and the place is not fit to eat in. Flies in the food and mice running down hallways point to real issues with cleanliness and pest control.

Air conditioning wasn’t working in our room and quite hot

Very attractive & good renovated hotel. Decoration good, standard room shower room is a bit tight. Excellent breakfast, lovely staff, pool, sauna & jaccuzzi. Adequate car parking, on bus routes to Norwich, although these are no good evening times.

A good property for a weekend stay. Room was spacious and very clean. Well equipped with tea and coffee plus kettle. Breakfast was very good.

Brilliant, comfortable, clean excellent facilities and good breakfast couldn’t ask for more.

Only proble was that we bookeda double room and it was 2 single beds pushed together

Check in was very good but the room is not a superior room and is smaller than advertised so have been miss charged. The bathroom is tiny and I do mean tiny. It’s a mission manoeuvring to turn so you can shut the door.

The staff are really friendly, the room is a good size and the beds comfy. The room is clean, but unfortunately as soon as we opened the door we were hit by the smell of smoke. It’s a non smoking room, but clearly the previous occupants had been smoking. The cleaner had left the window open and we were given an air freshener to spray but it didn’t help. The hotel was full so couldn’t be moved. A real shame, a child and 2 non smokers, it spoilt the stay really.

We had a lovely stay in Norwich . The hotel was very welcoming and they had a great choice of food . Was impressed with the quality of food and friendliness of hotel staff .Amazing cooked breakfast 🍳 with a great range of different foods including continental breakfast range Lovely selection of Alpro yoghurts and cheeses.Only issue was there was no access to the jacuzzi having expected to be able to use all the leisure facilities . Where they gave a downstairs bedroom to change in with an underpowered shower also in the room too.

Staffing was excellent but restaurant facilities limited and the rooms “tired.”. Overall not value for money

My stay was very good. Clean and tidy, bathroom immaculate and bed very comfortable. Gym was clean and had everything required. Would stay again.

Hotel room in general seem a bit tired but was fairly comfortable. Room AC was quite loud in the night as the room was hot. Plus points were the staff were really helpful and friendly. Additionally the pool was handy but very clean.

Fantastic hotel for a Holiday Inn, service was great and the rooms very clean.

Al in all it was good, however there was no lift and the toilet was a bit tiny

Very nice & friendly place and has sauna and swimming facilities are great. It has decent free car park, accepts pet dogs and is next to major roads. We enjoyed buffet breakfast and a dinner, both were reasonably good.

Stayed one night when visiting University of East Anglia open day. Good location, convenient for University, Norwich and surrounding area, friendly staff. Have stayed here before and would again.

A lovely hotel. My only moan would be the mattress was a little soft.

Outside is a little run down but refurbished inside. Good room (premium). Location is easy to access but a little too far from city centre

Great location, leisure facilities and public area but room was tired. For a premium price! Not great value at all. Staff abd service very good.

Check in was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. We booked breakfast which was good quality, varied and well labelled. Made use of the gym which was fairly wrll equipped.

I use this Hotel for a site i am Managing in Norwich - very good and food is nice and pool etc is great. Would use again.
