We had a very comfortable room just above the pool so able to access easily and back to our room to change. The pool needs some sound boards as acoustics was bad. We had a very pleasant stay, many thanks.

Staff were fab! Great hotel for kids! We had a lovely stay.

The hotel itself was nice and the room was comfortable. During check-in, the front desk employee was curt and seemed disinterested in helping me. While the hotel facilities were good, the service culture could use some improvement to match the quality of the accommodations. I'd recommend the hotel with the caveat that guests may have mixed experiences with the staff.

Comfy bed and a great breakfast.

Arrived early. Early check in was not possible due to full occupancy the night before. Front Desk gladly granted me access to secure area behind locked door to store my luggage while my wife and I walked around town. Checked in upon our return and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We stayed in two accessible rooms and the rooms catered to our needs very well. The rooms were spotless. We had to go to reception to ask for more sugar and milk as there wasn't enough in the rooms. Whilst the rooms were very good the outside noise wasn't very good, there was very loud music being played elsewhere in the hotel and screaming children running up and down the corridor outside our rooms at 10.30pm...... not very good when we had to be up at 4.45am to get out flights at the airport. The food we ordered was excellent and the lasagne I ordered was the best lasagne I've ever ordered when I've dined out. The other guest enjoyed her food too. All in all we would stay in the hotel again.

Chose this hotel as a 4* no where near that. The whole place needs a good in-depth clean, air con the room didn’t work 3 of us in 1 room it was so hot, phoned reception they said they would re set it, which they did then cut off again they just be turning it off! breakfast very average. For the money there are better hotels! Wouldn’t return that’s for sure

Employees were kind and helpful. We had a small issue which they fixed immediately. Beds are comfortable and the a/c worked well. Great food options in the restaurant.

Very friendly frontal staff. Rooms a little smaller than what we were used to for the price but definitely worked for our short stay.

We ha e never seen such a clean hktel bathroom! Rhe room was spotless and the beds were oerfect for our needs. The breakfast crockery could have been cleaner. The family area stank of Pot and the fire alarm went off as someone burnt a croissant in the toaster. Other than that the hotel and the servjce were excellent. All the staff were well trained and very polite, courteous and helpful.

Received early check in at 12 noon and an upgrade. Very nice breakfast as well.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Even though I arrived about 11AM they let me go to my room. Official check in is 3 PM. While in room I lost a gold ring that was found by staff and I am in process of getting it sent to me. All of the staff were extremely helpful. This was the best hotel experience I have ever had and I have travelled throughout the world.

All very good, except didn't like having to pay extra to park, this should be included and could have done with some biscuits in the room. Everything else including staff was very good.

Hotel was lovely, very clean, children friendly, only downfall was the room, air con wasn’t working, found it hot in the room at night. And the bed wasn’t comfortable. Staff were welcoming, and helpful.

Lovely comfortable room, clean and modern decor. Good breakfast service. Pity we had to pay extra for parking, because when you spend £200 for 2 nights it seems a bit penny pinching to charge £5 for parking.

Nice greeting from reception staff and they were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I was in room 126, which was great, comfortable bed. Car parking at venue is £5 per night, which I believe should be included in the room price which was £110 room only. Had an evening meal on one night which was a salad - very tasty

Generally happy. Enjoyed the spa facilities and room and all areas were clean and a good standard. However, the reception charged me although I had been charged by Expedia already. Having said that it was easy to get my refund once I called the reception.

Staff were welcoming and lovely. Nice clean hotel. Kids eat free with a paying adult & nice swimming pool and kids play room.

Hotel is lovely Well equipped for families and young children. Friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely and nice selection but bar food and dinner were poor and quality and taste was bad. Facilities were great, play room and pool but pool changing area was unhygienic. Alot of dirt and hair on the floor.

We love this hotel so much. It’s great for young families and the children enjoy using the kids club and the swimming pool. The staff are so very kind and looked after us very well. We are very grateful. Thank you
