The stay was fine. We were disappointed that they recently changed their rewards system. Very hard to earn rewards.

Everything was great other then bathroom didn't have a fan so it fogged up horribly.

Aaron the shuttle driver made our trip special. He made us feel welcome and important. We were in town for a burial. Having Aaron there to help us out with rides and friendly banter and suggestions made our trip. We also loved our waitress, Nichole. We will be back.

It is evident that the GM prioritizes customer service based on the experiences we had with her staff. I later found out she was the person at the door greeting and assisting guests when we arrived. Even when she wasn't watching, all the staff members were friendly and accommodating. I have stayed in many high end hotels and the customer service here is second to none. Sean is the shuttle driver and a fantastic guy; friendly, helpful, reliable, impressive time management skills. He works outside of that job description as a greeter, bellhop, tour guide, concierge. When I checked in he helped my daughter and I to our room with our bags and gave me his business card with the shuttle information. The complimentary shuttle is a fantastic service offered by this property and Sean is truly an asset to the Omni. If you decide to eat in the restaurant ask that Eve take care of you. Personable, excellent service, gave us lots of locals tips. Excellent breakfast.

Everything that had to do with dueect customer seevice via the staff was phenomenal. It is the greedy and frankly anti-consumer wifi policy that brought the entire experience diwn for me. Considering how exoensive this hotel can get I was pretty angry to find that I had to pay an additional $10 for wifi. Even double-digit priced motels offer complimentary wifi access. The link to become a loyalty member and this get free wifi was a dead link. I fund the greed to be unacceptable, and inspite of receiving impeccable service from the staff, I doubt I'll be coming back.

The valet service team were amazing. Friendly and very helpful. The gentleman on the front desk could learn something from the valet team. Welcoming guests with a smile should be standard. The room was clean and well stocked.

I would definitely stay there again while traveling.

Hotel was located conveniently for our plans. Unfortunately parking was ridiculously over priced.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room quiet and clean. Area nearby had lots of dining options. There were stains on the bed covering and carpet and drain in sink was loud.

The young man at the desk, Sayyid, was very helpful and polite. Appreciated that.

Overall, I had a great stay. My view was fantastic. The food and drinks were good. The parking situation (valet has long wait/line, self park doesn’t offer on/out service) is a bit inconvenient, but that comes with a city motel.

Very nice hotel. Location is prime for those who want to visit the city. Lots of night life things nearby if interested. Rooms were very nice and environment inside was very quiet.
