The bed was very comfortable and the floor was quiet. The shower was wonderful.

Room was clean and odor free. Beds were VERY comfortable. Didn’t use the WiFi. Fridge in good working order. Friendly and efficient staff! Breakfast area was well maintained and we appreciated the gentleman that was on duty diligently cleaning and making sure breakfast was a good experience for the hotel guests!
My ONLY complaint: there was no apparatus in the bathroom to hang your wet towel and washcloth besides one hook behind the bathroom door. But would DEFINITELY stay there again when visiting!

Very limited maid service. The people at the front desk were only marginally interested in our problems and comments. Room was not very clean and there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling.

Elevator has not been inspected since July 2023 and it should be inspected every year. Also we had reserved a king bed and were given a queen instead. We did not report this. Otherwise our experience was very nice.

I searched pet friendly hotels and this one came up. However, when we got to the property, we were told that it wasn't pet friendly. Luckily, there was another hotel in the chain that was and had availability

We like to stay at this comfort in when we come in town to do the Stocked Market, it is always clean and the staff is always friendly and on top of things!

The visit was a delightful stay from checking in until departure. Immaculately clean, very comfortable beds, awesome shower. Definitely a wise decision to stay here

Nice room, very clean and everything in working order. Super close to downtown. Breakfast was great and we also used the gym. Some free weights would be nice in the gym.

My stay was one of the better ones, I asked for a handicap room and finally received one. Staff was helpful, friendly. Only problem I had was when you walk into the building it’s has a in climb.

This is a modest place but pleasant surprise! Stayed for VT parents weekend and for the price - it was comfortable, very clean and quiet. It is also well staffed and maintained.

The place was clean. Staff was unfriendly. Very noisy to the traffic in the room. It is on the main drag. Easy access to the trolley pickup to go downtown. Staff at the front desk were not friendly or helpful. Breakfast not great, one morning they didn't have staff to open when it was to be.
