Very clean, easy access to many places. Front desk staff (tall young man) is very helpful and patient. Will stay there again if we visit Lausanne.

Great view of Geneva Lake. The staff were very friendly, but the female manager was rude. I don't know whats going on with Switzerland but they really need to be more educated on manners.

The hotel is amazing with spacious rooms and convenient location. The only thing we didn’t like was their breakfast. Very limited choice, the same menu every day. The scrambled eggs tasted like made from powder. And I wished for more pastries.

Hotel is in a good location and rooms are very spacious. Considering the high price and the fact that it is a four star hotel, I was expecting more in terms of quality and amenities : no coffee machine or complementary water in the room, very thin and worn towel on first day, average breakfast.

Such a lovely hotel: very clean, elegant, and quiet. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was well presented.

Great location and comfortable room. They allowed us to check-in an hour or so early. Did not have the bath we expected but the early check-in and valet parking made up for that. The Lausanne travel pass was a plus given the hilly location of the city.

Clean gym w/ newer equipment. Restaurant dinner was ok but on the pricy end.

Great location right on the ferry pier. The owner is very friendly. The place is basic but cosy and well equipped. Better check if the restaurant is open before you book (it was closed when we were there). There is a small grocery store on the island but with limited choice. Overall a good experience.

Every thing was great, but not enough amenities.

A great location. I have been visiting this holder for decades, but in the last six years, they have been going through nonstop renovations, which never seem to end. Construction sounds every morning. Each year, I figure the construction is over and book my room because of their great location. However, I'm disappointed to arrive and see that the construction and endless renovations are still continuing. When I complained to the front desk, they just said this is happening and nothing they can do about the noise. I was hoping at least they would credit me something for having to endure the construction banging every morning.

I had a single room with view to the back yard (so no view at all), which means no or less daylight. it was pretty dark in the room during morning or in the afternoon. Room was with carpet and the interior color made it even more dark. A bit disappointed with the room. I booked in this hotel because I had a nice, modern and bright room with wooden floor when I stayed here back in 2020. But I don’t blame the hotel, I booked the wrong room this time. Next time I try to book again that double room for single use. No complimentary bottle of water offered in the room. I know tap water is drinkable. But expected for such hotel an offered bottle of swiss mineral water. Breakfast option was small for such a 4 star hotel. It was good but repetitive for four nights - every day sausages, scramble eggs and beacon as hot option. The birchermüesli was great. Bread options were good. Staff were friendly. The entrance is also nice.

Very good view of the lake, close to metro stop, but very expensive neighbourhood. Beware that they charge you a damage deposit for each day of your stay (eg. 4 nights x 100 CHF = 400 CHF placed on your credit card).

Nice big room with comfortable bed and good air-conditioning. I made reservations for two rooms at the same price. The one my brother stayed in was much larger with a bigger bathroom as well.

A pleasant family friendly hotel conveniently close to the station, cathedral, parks and many restaurants. While not overly spacious the rooms are adequate and clean, with attentive daily servicing. Front-facing rooms with a view over the lake are best, though those to the side along Rue de la Paix are perfectly adequate, many having a balcony from which one can glimpse the lake. One gets plenty of exercise walking to and from the town centre as the hotel is situated on one of Lausanne's many hills. The lake is quite some distance from the hotel but one can take advantage of the free bus pass offered to visitors. A very pleasant stay.
