Very pleasant stay, ideal location. Clean rooms and bathroom. Good quality of breakfast items. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only negative, room was far too hot. Needed to open window or put on aircon, but that could just be us.

We had a pleasant return stay at the K+K. Like before, we chose a room with a view of the Rudolfsplatz, and could admire the treetops and the houses opposite. The breakfast buffet was good, and the Cafe Melange a plus. The staff is nice and very helpful. And easy walk will take guests to Hoher Markt, Hofburg, the Stephansdom, etc.

The hotel is beautiful and with good services, however the room that i got was small, old, and, due to top floor it had low ceiling, small window and the bathroom was cold because of an air opening that was not possible to close. I do not recommend.

The room was nicely appointed but seemed to run warm no matter the temperature setting.

Very friendly & helpful staff, and my room was the perfect size and functionality for my needs. The restaurants nearby that I tried had excellent food.

Someone from the staff got in the room with no reason ( it was a one night stay, did not require any housekeeping ) and stole my travel cash envelope ($1540). Front desk and management were nice and understanding, but that did not change the fact that staff STOLE from the room.
BEWARE to put away all valuables.
I find this even quite disturbing, never had anything stolen from my hotel rooms before...

This hotel is fine as a base for exploring Vienna with a good location in Innerstadt (walkable to shops, restaurants, the cathedral, the palace etc). However it had far more of a budget feel to it than we expected. Very low quality towels, toiletries etc, a very basic room with minimal facilities, and the “bar” downstairs is just a couple of stools in the corner of the lobby. Not a hotel you would want to spend much time in other than sleeping!

The rooms very clean , generous size , lovely bathroom , deak and chair as well as a small table and chair plus kettle facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly .

If you need a quiet place with the conveniences of breakfast and air conditioning-you will not find better for this area of Vienna for the price.

We got 4 rooms in the 6th floor - top floor. We only had windows above 5 ft so we really couldn't see anything except sky. Carpets were dirty looking.

We had to change rooms twice - avoid Room 606 unless you are very tiny - but the staff made it work

The hotel has an amazing location- 7 minutes walk to St. Stephan and historical center, close to metro, pubs and restaurants, grocery stores.
Stuff was friendly and available 24/7 that was good for nightly check-out.
We haven’t ordered breakfast, cleaning service was great.

A very good Hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. The only bad thing is that the hotel didn't have a restaurant or cafeteria.

Good location but our room was too small to open a suite case other than putting it on the bed. Front desk was attentive but they were covering for at least one other hotel and not always available. Shower required a contortionist to use.

The location of property was excellent! Walking distance to most attraction and restaurants.
Rooms were small but clean, basic non luxury hotel. Breakfast was convenient and food selection was OK.

Our second stay and just as good as the first. The breakfast was so tasty, as good as I've ever had. Feels very safe and secure and all the staff really helpful. The location is so good for the trams,trains,buses and the airport bus. But all the main sights are easily walkable. A tram around the corner takes you all the way to the Belvedere and a train at same spot all the way to the Schonbrunn. The room was a good size and spotless

The staff were very friendly and helpful, comfortable beds and room was beautiful and clean, and the location was great for walking around the city. Would definitely stay again!

The rooms were not as advertised. Male staff were helpful but one particular female staff was extremely unhelpful and rude.
The location is wonderful and appearance of the outside and front entrance of the hotel is nice.
