Everything was taken care of for us. No request was too much. Whatever we asked for was done immediately and the staff are the most pleasant and kind. Definitely returning and will recommend to anyone that asks. Thank you

This is a beautiful property. The best thing about it is the staff. Each and every one. But, mostly, Andrea. He is the guest relations manager and was on top of everything. He made us feel like royalty. Was on the pricier side, but well worth it for us. This is our second Four Seasons in the past few months. The other was in Costa Rica. We usually stick with the Ritz brand visiting the Ritz in Grand Cayman, Key Biscayne and Central Park, NYC in the last 12 months. We are becoming huge Four Seasons fans though. Nicely done.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional. Norbert the concierge was patient and excellent with this advice and assistance. Tomas the doorman always was pleasant and helpful.
Our only “issue” was that there was no hotel bar in the traditional sense. You could get cocktail in the restaurant but most extraordinary hotels have memorable places/bar to sit and relax. Maybe after all the remodeling there will be a new bar?

Fabulous visit to the Four Seasons Park Lane. Beautiful hotel, friendly and very efficient service, relaxing spa area (great massage and steam room facilities), good atmosphere in bar. Perfect location for walks in Hyde Park and nearby shopping. The concierge team was very helpful and got us into difficult-to-get restaurants.

My stay at four seasons was amazing, the lobby decorations were truly beautiful, when I got to my room it had nicely been arranged for me, it looked incredible. The room had plenty of space and I felt that the hotel in general was just a wonderful place to be. I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

The location was great -- a nice walk to Buckingham Palace and Pall Mall and to a variety of pubs and restaurants near/along Park Road. Easy cab ride to Knightsbridge and Piccadilly Circus. Also, the Hyde Park Corner stop on the Underground is a block away. The service at the hotel was simply outstanding! The staff was amazing and met our every need. (And if you get the chance to sample their seven chocolate dessert at the bar or restaurant, do it!)
