I was very lucky that the weather was not excessively hot, and because of the circumstances I only register for a day. They regulated the temperature to 68 degrees Fahrenheit, and I wasn't able to bring it more down. So as I said, it wasn't excessively hot that day, but it was humid in my room!

My room was clean and quiet. The clerk on duty when I checked in was great! I really enjoyed talking to her.

Bathrooms drianing bad

My stay was for 2 nights, July 15 and 16. Upon checkin I was told the room keys didnt work, that they were upgrading and I would have to get someone to let me into my room. I worked that first night and returned in the morning to be told that the master key was missing and I would have to wait to get into my room. It was only 20 minutes, but still, how unprofessional. The room key situation never did get fixed before I left. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The TV didnt work. The advertising says newly renovated, doubt it. Terrible experience. I wouldnt recommend staying here.

The crabby front desk lady with a similar demeanor to the Dr. Phil "Cash Me Outside" girl told us that their key programmer was broken and an employee would have to let us into our room each time we needed to get back in with the "master key." While it was annoying, it wouldn't have been a big deal except for the fact that they did nothing to verify that I was the person in the room each time! When I asked a new employee to let me into my room, they asked for my number and let me in without checking my ID. Super unsafe and lazy staff! The room was also nasty; orange Cheeto dust handprints on the floor, dirt on the beds, etc. Even if the key machine is working for you, between the awfully rude and careless staff and dirty rooms, I would avoid at all costs.

They were in the middle of changing key each time you leave the had to walk you in,in the middle of the night the smoke detector went off because of faulty ac system.

We had some loud people over us for 2 consecutive nights and staff wouldn’t do anything. Should get reimbursed for those two night. Overall stay was ok.

The key card machine has been down for 3 weeks. Front desk staff has to let you in your room every time you leave it.

It is a motel, so while not anything special, there were three things that stood out that made our experience unpleasant. First, there was a two way mirror in our room that we could not cover. Second, no room keys were available and we had to be let in and escorted by staff to enter our room at the start. Third, and petty, there were no tiny shampoo or condotioner bottles present. I was not prepared for that. But it was clean, quite, and simple, but that is all. If you need anything but bare bones I would book elsewhere.

People were sitting in front of motel, arguing, smoking dope. Didn’t feel safe entering the property. Key machine was inoperable, so front desk clerk had to open our door to let us in our room. Room sparsely furnished, with no shampoo in shower.

The door locking system was down and had to get reception to come open the door every time I wanted to reenter my room. The WiFi was down and couldn’t do work

I liked this place, it’s clean, quiet and the staff is very friendly. On top of all it is a NON-SMOKING which is great. Keep up the awesome work 👍

No room key due to renovations??? Door didn't have a dead bolt. No toiletries. Bed was squeaky, springy, and thin.

There key machine was broke for a week. When anyone needed to get in their rooms . The front desk clerk have to follow you and open the room up. Ants in the A/C. Pubic hair in the bed sheets. Terrible.

The key card system didn’t work and the right deck staff was rude about having to open up the room door constantly

The property is clean and they offer morning coffee.

This property should be shut down immediately!!! My sink fell in out of no where and you can tell it was just glued on, there elevator was out of order due to it being completely no working staff so you have to take the stairs which are a lot and I’m handicapped and have asthma and I had to use my inhaler, check in also took a hour because your speaking to someone threw a computer machine via video chat and they laugh at your frustrations extremely unprofessional and can’t really understand English that well, the show was also broken water wouldn’t even go down, and absolutely no Wi-Fi or phone signal is available, this was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’ll never do it again the pictures are just a illusion, this is a terrible hotel and they put their guest in horrible situations and don’t even care.

Entire premise is full of Marijuana smell. Especially near the front desk. The room was ok for the price but a very unpleasant environment.

The 2nd shift lady, which came at 2pm, was very rude, not helpful and not polite at all.

I kept getting woke up out my sleep to a baby crying every am. Very impolite stay I was furious even called the office nothing was done.
