We enjoyed our stay here. Booked a suite that wasnt available upon arrival so they gave me 2 rooms to compensate. A pleasant surprise! Breakfast was good. Staff at front desk, breakfast area and cleaning were friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and fun. My only issue was the upholstery on the dinning room chairs. Please toss the chairs and replace without the fabric. Too many stains.

Overall I had a very unpleasant experience here. They booked me in a different room than I reserved. Then changed rooms, but accidentally checked me out at that time. Despite my being present for the two nights I booked, they charged me a "no show" fee for the second night (their error). They refused to refund me for this fee and told me to dispute it with Expedia. Again, it was their mistake, not Expedia's. The manager hung up on me after shouting over me as I tried to dispute her assertion that there was nothing they could do. Also, the facilities were in disrepair. There were broken tiles in the bathroom, the shower curtain wouldn't stay in place and water got all over the floor every time you shower. I didn't complain about these things because I know that nowhere is perfect. However, their response to the mistaken charge was so frustrating for me that I felt the need to write this review.

It was impossible to find front desk staff in the morning. I stood and waited to check out. I said “hello” multiple times and no one appeared from the back office area. I ended up dropping my key cards in the box and leaving without my receipt. The breakfast was mediocre. The room was old with incomplete attempts to update it. There was an accumulation of dust on the vents and repairs needed to the shampoo/conditioner bottle holder. Only one little bar of soap for the toiletries. It was an okay hotel but for the price and based on the pictures on the website I expected better.

Comfortable beds and linens, room overall clean, a little dated, but clean. Quiet area, would stay at this location again.

Very dated hotel. Handheld shower didn't work. Sheets had black spots on them. Could hear everything in the next room. Lots of noise coming from hallway at 1am. Light pouring in from other room around the door. Including their 6am alarm clock. Carpet is old with runs in it. Bed was hard. Property is clean. It's just an average remodeled old hotel. And it's not even that cheap.

It was what you would expect.

Staff was WONDERFUL. Breakfast was not gourmet but more like home. Dining room was kept clean at all times as was the public restroom and common areas. Rooms were comfortable and linens appeared clean. However, if you want ice, be prepared: not a cube in sight but plenty of ice chips that melt almost before you get it to your room. They seemed to be short staffed but they seem to work hard. Was a little put off by the low toilet and not so great plumbing but I don't believe you can do much better for the price. Even though we have stayed at much better hotels, this hotel was good for it's proximity to the locations we needed to visit the time we were there.

The staff are very lovely people. They did their job perfectly. We stayed in room 102. The bathroom was filthy. The wall behind the door was disgusting. At least the rooms on the bottom floor are not soundproof. I got to listen to somebody’s television until 3 AM. I don’t know about the upper floors, but I just know the bottom floor is noisy.

The hotel personnel were very nice and friendly.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially the kitchen staff. The breakfast was delicious!

I was not able to check in. The host at the front desk declined accepting any cash for any part of the stay. She said it was a new rule that just started. The hotel was also right next to an abandoned restaurant. I would not recommend the hotel at all. Also, the host mentioned all the rooms are the same price regardless of the amount of beds, which was false because online it stated different beds configurations. They also charged my credit card before I checked in. I was extremely unsatisfied, so instead we drove 5 minutes up the road and stayed at the Hilton hotel which was 1000% better in every way. We were even given fresh cookies and water bottles upon check in. Hilton accepts cash also. They never heard of not accepting cash and said it was due to some hotels being sketchy that they don’t accept us currency. I would never recommend Holiday Inn express ever!!
