The room was clean. The property was clean. Front desk staff was very nice and let me check in early without a charge. Room rate was reasonable. Restaurant food was great. Service in the AM with free breakfast was the highlight as the hostess and server were Very social and checked frequently on me.

On first floor and walk with a cane, long walk to go to the restaurant The room didn't smell too good and didn't have walk in shower but a tub.

Booked a double beds and the bed I was in was horrible worn out, room was overall filthy. Shower had hair, beds had stains. Capet was old and left my feet looking dirty. Would have liked to try the breakfast but there was a convention there with a so many people you couldn’t even get in the door.

Very run down hotel with homeless people camped around the property. Would not stay there again

Location was very convenient right off I95. Plenty of parking space for our large trailer. Staff was friendly. Grounds were lovely. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Pet friendly. No concerns about safety while out walking around the shopping area. Fresh cooked breakfast was a bonus on top as well as the friendly waitstaff. Would definitely stay here again.

Reserved a king bed room, received a full size bed. Poorly lite property, bed was OK but not comfortable, insects in room crawling around, breakfast doesn't start until 7am (most people have been at work for an hour by then).

This appears to be an older Bests Western and it sort of shows its age in the furnishings, the paint, nothing major but noticeable. The bed and bedding were very comfortable, and it is pet friendly which is a huge plus for me. I guess given that it is pet friendly it would be nice to have trash receptacle outside all of the outside entrances to place poop bags, but I had to walk around the entire hotel to get to a trash receptacle on more than one occasion. The room did smell a bit "doggy" which I am not accustomed to as my dogs are shown and are very clean. The front staff was very friendly, and the bar staff were as well, and offered to loan me a bottle opener. It would be nice to have one in each room which seems to be sort of standard. Overall, a decent place to stay, quiet, clean, but sort of pricey IMHO.

I couldn't complete my stay because I didn't feel safe in the area. The room was clean and the front staff was friendly, but the facility smelled terrible like stale smoke, musty carpets, homeless and people in and out and hanging all around the property. They were in the middle of fixing the hot water as well.

The rooms smelled musty and gross. People yelling in the hallways. We have had multiple rooms here for a while and it’s a low grade hotel and not worth the nightly charge

Hotel was showing worn and tear, it’s apparently a busy hotel. Wallpaper in my room was peeling off, hallways digs and gouches. Restaurant Pub was excellent.

Room is dated but very quiet and clean . Strong smell of carpet fresh in room and hallways . The included breakfast was very nice . Choice of 3 combinations meals including juice , bacon , sausage, toast , home fries and eggs. Check in and out was easy .

The bartender/waitress in the restaurant was awesome.
The person who checked us in was grumpy.
The room was dirty - the carpet was wet, and the shower walls were moldy. The bathroom floor was slimy.

I’m picky about hotel smells, and luckily the room was clean and smelled fine. The lobby was a little stale/smoky smelling, but we didn’t spend time there so it was fine. The staff was very nice and accommodating. It was a good stopover on a long drive.

Lobby, hallways, and room offered what was expected. The fitness center, however, is decrepit. The humidity from the adjacent pool is causing the baseboards to separate from the walls, the equipment to rust (not that any of the machines were even turned on or functioning), and paint peeling / rust stains all over the room. The one cable weight machine is so rusted it looks like it was picked out of a junkyard.

Very dated in need of major overhaul. Was initially put into a room with a broken window, and I mean very broken.
Even though there was air conditioning, the room felt like it needed a dehumidifier. Bedding felt damp.

Unclean bed sheets - found yellow stains on them. Pillow covers looked like that they were not replaced since last use. Resturant staff can use some training in customer service.

The lodging was easy access from I-95. Very convenient having a restaurant on site. The complimentary b'fast was awesome!

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was the highlight of our stay, it was so warm! The building is a bit dated and needs some sprucing up, but overall our stay was nice.
Staff were friendly and we had a comfortable sleep.
