We had a great stay, except our key cards didn’t work on two occasions. We know not to store them near our phones, so we don’t believe that was the issue.

Our stay began with my coworker and I standing in the lobby for 15 minutes (we arrived just after 9pm) waiting for assistance. Both office doors with open behind the counter with no one in them. We eventually located the desk agent when my coworker left the lobby and went down the hall. the Agent was with a guy who said he didn't work there, and he didn't appear to be a guest.
The agent was abrupt and rude, acted as if we had interrupted her evening by asking to check into our rooms. Overall check-in was an awful experience.
The room was clean but very had minimal amenities.
On a positive note, the bed was extremely comfortable.

Beds were comfy, got to check in early, very friendly staff, great breakfast included and the place was very clean including the pool area. They need to replace some exterior light features but overall well lit. Best deal of any local hotels around that are similar in price.

Great place to stay while taking my son to Colby. Nice breakfast spread. My only complaint is that the room had kind of a mildew smell which was odd since it was on the top floor, the recent weather had been great, and there was no water source nearby.

I looked thru a whole variety of properties. Some with and without swimming pools. We paid MORE for our stay here because this place had a pool and breakfast. Our plan was to arrive late, wake up early and let our kids have the whole morning in the pool. If all went well, stay another night. Thank God we didn't reserve two nights up front or we would have been totally screwed. Our kids were so upset. Ever try explaining to two little ones that they can't swim tomorrow despite being told the Eberle entire 6 hour car ride... SWIMMING TOMORROW!!!! WOO HOOOOOOOOO. You need to find a way to circulate an email notification or something to everyone renting a room.

Our stay was ok-it was convenient for our travel purpose. There were plenty of quick food options nearby. The lobby was updated and breakfast options were very good. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable. The halls were a bit “aged” and felt gloomy. Overall it met our needs and we have no complaints.

At check-in, the attendant was speed talking all the things they tell every person at check-in. I know they have to say it a lot but guests are new, so please slow down.

Room was OK, wallpaper was pealing away near the window. Bed was comfy and that's what matters.
Parking lot is weird...there's no parking convenient to the front door.

Staff that greeted us was less than welcoming. Seemed that it was a burden for her to do her very basic job. It was a long day, and night. Got there just after midnight. She seems better suited for a job not dealing with the public. Certainly not a customer service type of personality. Abrasive and somewhat impatient.
Not a good way to begin our stay here. Business and personal trip. My wife and I have been staying here for years. It seems they're starting to neglect routine maintenance issues and tasks.
There are other options besides just here. Maybe we will start at the Hampton Inn or the Fireside Inn, again. For $200 for a room. We could do with a little less attitude.

No internet connection, Breakfast time was 6.30 to 9.30 at 8.45 am kitchen staff stap refill food. Even when i requested they told me its only 45 min left for closing so we will not refill. You can have what ever we have. That very roud and unprofessional.

There was a large party of teenagers from a sports team that was screaming and yelling, running up and down the halls and slamming doors until past 1am. The front desk says they fielded a bunch of complaint calls and they call the offending rooms but made no effort to actually visit the rooms to confront the kids or parents. Just let them keep smoking, yelling and slamming doors. Worst stay ever. The front desk finally agreed to move my room at 1:30am so I did get almost 2 hours of sleep.

Room smells like mold & mildew & visible mold in bathroom. The hallway smells like cigarettes & mold I can’t even breathe. Very upsetting because I am 7 months pregnant & it’s not healthy for me at all to be breathing that in. There is also no outlet on the right side of the bed or room. The bedside table is disgusting clearly wasn’t cleaned.

Upon checking in we had to park in the back parking lot. The lock on the back door didn’t work we had to walk around with all our luggage to enter through another door.
Had to get our key card reprogrammed multiple times, we got locked out in the winter rain at 11 pm.
Breakfast was luke warm with limited options (not sure the warmers were even turned on).
Coffee at breakfast was watered down. I usually drink 4-5 cups a morning. I found myself skipping coffee each morning. It was that bad.
Beds were adequate, but bed frames squeaked and snapped all night.
Television volume choices were loud or louder.
