The rooms are tired and the hotel is dated.

Beds were so small two adults hard a hard time sleeping side by side and they were surposed to be two queens ! Hot tub they claimed had been off since pandemic and they didn’t disclose that on there sight ! Pool was dirty and broken pieces all around ! Room was nasty . Fixed to appear nice to eye untill you looked around and saw all the riff raff ways it was fixed up ! Bathroom so small door almost rubbed against toilet seat when opening ! Hair balls floating in pool !

Loved the breakfast and the inhouse restaurant. Room was very comfortable and the staff was friendly.
The landscaping in front of the hotel needs to be maintained better.

The hot tub was closed and the hot tub was the reason we booked this place.

What breakfast? When I booked the room, it said it came with free breakfast. When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel clerk didn't mention anything about free breakfast, just that the restaurant was available. The staff was friendly.
The pool had clumps of hair in it. There were 3 of us. 1 adult, and 2 children, when I asked for extra towels, the cleaning staff abruptly told me they had given me towels already. I said yes, 2 of them. Our neighbors were loud and partying all night. We were there during the week.

I enjoyed my stay, even though we didn't use much of the facilities, the staff was friendly, and the property was pretty and clean. The hotel was located close to the airport which was a blessing after a full day of travel. We came to visit a sick family member, and the hotel was a nice retreat from the stress of travel and visiting with family.
I liked the hotel I do not have any complaints about our stay. Everything was great. If we come back this way, we would stay again. Thank you to the staff for making our stay comfortable.

The free breakfast was really good and the restaurant was neat with its rustic beams and fixtures.
The out side is so overgrown you can hardly see the hotel. That was a big turn off. Inside, they've done ok updating some things. But really, why do you still have the old wooden doors!? Ours, you had to give a hard push to close. Still have old curtains too.

The breakfast was great. The staff in the restaurant was patient and efficient despite the fact that it was quite busy at the time.
Our room was spacious and clean and the bed was super comfy.
Both woman we interacted with at the front desk seemed tired and unhappy, with little attention to personal appearance. No cheery smiles. No warm, fuzzy feeling of welcome.

I was so pleased to be offered a voucher for a real breakfast with 3 choices, real plates and tableware, and to be waited on. Convenient location for anything you want to do in Waterville, right off 95. Good signage all through the motel, too as it's somewhat of a maze.
