My stay was good.

It was a brief stay in Atlanta. I wanted to be near the airport for convenience. I could see the planes take off and land from my window. The mattress is the deal breaker for me! I was so comfortable in that bed. The room was spotless. The entire hotel was clean and well kept. The staff was warm and friendly. The food was awesome! I appreciated the onsite restaurant and bar.

The service at the reception desk was awful. The young woman who checked me in was trying to multitask when she could not handle one task well. I was disturbed several times during the night and early morning by someone from the reception desk knocking on my door and calling my room saying that I had been put in the wrong room and that I owed additional funds. I complained when I checked out but have heard nothing from the hotel.

I started calling the hotel at 9:20 about the shuttle from the airport, I called 3 times, the shuttle did not pickup until 10:15 PM. We had a 6 AM flight the next day. The room next to ours room 428 were screaming at 3 AM. We had no sleep with the late pickup and then the neighbors.

Airport shuttle isn’t 24/7 so had to pay $25 for Uber. Insanely long 20 min check-in line (see photo), which is the last thing you want to see after a long trip. Rooms are very average with small bathrooms, and not particularly clean. A/C unit rattled loudly. Housekeeping just completely ignores the “do not disturb” door hang and bangs on the door anyway. They also throw dirty linens into the hallway which looks gross (see photo). Not even a complimentary bottle of water in the room. Coffee carafe in the lobby was empty at checkout time. Clerk asked how my stay was, I told him the above, and instead of an apology he argued each point.

What a great price and 10 minutes from parked at the hotel to parked at the airport. Bar open until 2am. Didn't use because there were plenty of food options in hotel pantry, but what a deal for the price when you're traveling!

Yeah, so it's close to the airport, but don't rely on the shuttle to get there. The shuttle is really run down, cramped, takes a long time, and stops at 5 hotels before this one. We had reserved a room w/ 2 beds, were given a room w/ just 1. They corrected it, but not without hassle. Also, some rooms open to the outside (like a MOtel). Breakfast was super expensive and not good. We were stuck in Atlanta b/c of Crowdstrike, so were without luggage. This hotel will charge you for every toothbrush, tampon, or mini deodorant, and is near exactly nothing (except the airport, I guess). So, there are not options unless you have a car.
The room was not so clean. Ick. But, I have to say that most of the employees were actually really nice.

Had to stay at this location due to flight cancellations. Overall property was well maintained. We arrived late after closing of the restaurant, and manager re opened kitchen for the people who were affected by the global outage.

This is a gem located just less than ten minutes from the airport. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The facility was clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable and the room was always cool and the price was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The laundry room was conveniently located right in the hallway which came in very handy. It was clean and maintained.

There was only one drawer for our clothes. No table to eat anything. The chair and ottoman have metal armrests, made for outdoors, and very uncomfortable. The bathroom is really small. No closet. Very uncomfortable bed. Obviously this hotel needs money for upgrades. The elevator is a terror ride both up and down.

The gal that checked me in and worked all night was so sweet and helpful. I felt like I was staying at her home with the level of hospitality she provided me during my very short stay.

The only issue I had during my trip was the fact that there wasn’t a microwave oven in my room.

It was a little hard to get into the parking lot and signage was poor. There were several police cars in the area. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, checkout was easy.

Easy to get to, just a few minutes off the highway near the airport! Great location! And if you’ve been travelling for a while and are tired of the road, the on-site restaurant has some good ol’ tasty classics. Otherwise, there’s a small convenience store right next to reception which is an upgrade from the usual vending machine.
Apparently the hotel has just recently re-opened after renovation, and it’s nicely decorated! Nice enough that I sat downstairs at the large communal work table to catch up on emails rather. Room was pleasant too! All in all a good stay!

The room we stayed was extremely noisy. Keep hearing the doors slammed and music playing so loudly, people talking in a hallway, speaker phones, etc. First night was really bad and couldn’t sleep at all. Second night was little bit better but still so no. The music was so loud in the morning and some ladies were talking so loud and you can hear everything what they were saying. No complimentary breakfast was another bad thing. No one was eating at the restaurant. I’m sorry but I didn’t have a good experience at all.

Handy location for the airport. Clean and comfortable. No included breakfast or coffee and limited sachets in room. Not keen on the receptionist entering our room at 2am to check whether the room was occupied or not!!

I think it’s a nice property. Very clean hotel! Nice and polite. My only complaint is that they have a 250.00 incidentals. I have stayed in better hotels and resorts and don’t have to pay 250.00 incidentals. It takes 5-7 days for money go back on your card. That tells me it’s not a hold it’s proceed. They should really look into putting a hold for incidentals rather than charge your card and having to wait to get your funds back.

This is my first stay at airport property in Atlanta and I liked it so much. Breakfast charge was reasonable and they have variety of options. Front desk staff was good too. Restaurant and bar was plus point. The property is recently renovated and it looks beautiful. Reasonable prices for great service.
Will definitely stay here next time.
