Room was in very poor condition, carpet was buckled in multiple locations and some lights were burnt out.

Staff not helpful in trying to fix the reservation date. So paid for a room I never used and will not be rebooking.

This was a clean well maintained room. Regulating the heating was a bit of an issue but I figured it out.
The bed was comfortable and soundproofing was good as I didnt hear the neighbours much.
No restaurant nearby, so bring your food or you have to call out for food.
Breakfast was basic but the eggs and waffles were freshly prepared.
Tea and coffee available all day.
Generally reasonably priced and comfortable for a short visit.

The staff were friendly. When parking anytime over the weekend it was hard to find a spot, some people were parking on the grass. For there breakfast, it could use some work. The sausages were hard and the eggs were watery.

1- we arrive at our room and the door was open. There was a half used open bottle of water. The shampoo and conditioner were half used. The shower water tap were useless and not working. It took me 30 minutes to put the water on and another ten to shut the water. Not to mention barely setting the water on a semi-cold temperature. The parking lot was packed, and when I asked the front desk, they said: park on the curb on the grass. Imagine going up a curb with a sedan.
This was not a pleasant stay at all and never coming back to this place.
Oh, the wall may have been built by cardboard, because all night were heard the entire conversations of our next door guests.

Wasn’t a bad hotel, however, the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. I was on the ground floor and on arrival date at 8:30 pm, I was asleep, and there was a loud knock on my door and a man yelling housekeeping. I had the do not disturb sign out. I had the inside lock in. I opened door a bit and they asked when I was checking out. I said I only arrived at 3 today. They apologized and said they made a mistake.

Upon arrival, my husband and I were met with an overwhelming smell of insecticide in the room. I contacted the receptionist, who unfortunately informed me that there were no other rooms available. As a result, I woke up with a severe headache and vomited. The hotel's cleaning supervisor from India confirmed the presence of a strong chemical smell. Hotels must prioritize their guests' well-being, especially given the length of my flight (15 hours) which was going to take place in the evening. The hotel's dated condition and high charges were also disappointing, especially considering the poor quality of their breakfast offerings and hotel condition.

Found the hotel to be somewhat renovated but poorly done. Bathroom still showed mold. HOWEVER beds were comfortable and the air conditioner actually worked.
Good breakfast as well and shuttle left on time.

This property was terrible! The hairdryer was taped together with electrical tape. The plug in by the bed while in use is shoved partially into the wall. The carpet was disgusting!

We had a disappointing experience at the hotel.
First of all, we chose this hotel based on its reviews, but we did not receive any shuttle transfer service, which was inconvenient for our late flight arrival. As a result, we had to pay for a taxi.
Secondly, my children and I were assigned to a room that had bugs, particularly on one of the two beds, which forced my son to sleep on the floor. This was a very unpleasant experience for us.
Thirdly, there was no shuttle service operating between noon and 2 PM to the airport, so we had to pay for another taxi.

No soap dish in the bathroom
The bathroom door needs painting cos of paint is $15.00 a door
Look like the owner are not spending a penny on maintenance and let the poor front desk and the house keeping staff listen to all the complaints
I would pay the owner to stay in their own hotel for one night and expainence the stay with loud noise and to take a shower in the bathroom
It sad that one bad property spoil all the good properties of choice
I will think five times before I stay with quality inn

The room was filthy dirty bugs and hole in the wall I requested my money back and the manager that was posted on duty was not there it was 3 days of fighting with the hotel staff and manager to get a full refund. Was told she was too busy to deal with this properly.

This is a great airport hotel.
The room had everything you needed and was well decorated.
There are a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance.

The hotel staff for the most part were great just not the gentleman we checked in with. The place is great distance to malls , casino etc. The bed was hard as a rock! The sleep was not good

The property is close to the airport. You have to call for the shuttle service. The cost for a night is reasonable. The Hotel was fully booked which means the location and price are marketable. The room was clean. My only issue was that the water from the shower head flew everywhere.

We stayed here close to the airport as we were taking a flight to Nova Scotia and had arrived from Ireland 2 days previous. Being close to the airport we were surprised that the hotel was quite with little aircraft noise. The staff (in particular Ash) were very helpful. The breakfast was of excellent quality and for a complimentary this got our days off to a great start. Would stay here again and recommend this quality inn.
