Took a chance as this hotel was one of the few close to the event location, but you get what you pay for. Hotel has listed free breakfast. Home made blueberry muffins and coffee is not breakfast. They claim it cause of COVID protocol, but this is the 1st hotel / motel that we had maid service since COVID. They came into the room made the bed , restock the bathroom with fresh towels, took out the trash. Coffee machine and cups in the room but no coffee packs. A/C unit had only 1 speed HIGH. Bathroom no stopper in the sink or tub. Asked for shower chair as I'm a disabled vet was told we do not have one. I'm a disabled vet missing my lower leg below the knee. We will not be staying here next year. This building is very dated. I can't tell you the last time I saw an ashtray built into the wall. Plus they spray the hallway with an odor eater, so it has this dry musty smell. AS I STATED ONLY GOOD THING WAS IT WAS NEAR THE EVENT LOCATION THAT BOUGHT US INTO TOWN

The property is old and is in need of paint, new carpets, and replacement of fixtures. The door latch did not work properly and we were charged far too much for the quality of the hotel. Saying that, the staff was very curteous and the sheets were clean. We saw no insects and felt secure in our stay. I know the price was increased because of a car show, but it should not have been. This is just an example of price goudging and is unfair to the public.

The room smelled like smoke even though it was a smoke-free room. The microwave was dirty. The furniture had stains as well as the bed spread. The lobby was not clean as well. My employee was uncomfortable staying there and decided to leave and reserve a room at a different hotel.

It’s very convenient to stores and food places

Not very clean all around. Bathroom dirty. Broken facet, broken toilet flush handle. NO hot water in the shower. Shower drain clogged. Carpet dirty. …. This was a last minute booking, so didn’t have much choice.

It was gross to say the least. The hotel elevator smelled like dirty something. When we got there to check-in after ALREADY paying they informed me I had to give them 50$ cash to hold until I leave, and it's hotel policy however they didn't make the other people checking in pay anything so I don't know what that was about. And they never even answered me when I asked. There ice machine is broken, they didn't give you coffee pack or soap or ANYTHING. The bed had stains all over it. The only positive thing I can say is we paid for the suite so the room was actually pretty big. But other than that I will NEVER spend money there again. It didn't even feel like I was staying in a hotel. It didn't feel good staying there or coming back after doing day trips. It was just all together bad.

The hotel is really dirty looking from the outside. The inside is not much better. The rooms look like they haven't been updated in a while and things are just falling apart. No comforter just a itchy scratchy light blanket.i understand it was a smoking room but i have stayed in much nicer ones at other super 8 hotels. The only saving grace is close to food and the staff was very nice. Struggled for a half an hour with the TV for it to work. And was very courteous during check in and out.

The bathroom has significant damage. The breakfast consisted of a tray of entenmann's muffins. I would recommend skipping this one if you are looking.

Was convenient for me and location was great for our trip to the area. Property is a little dated,but decent value for off season.

The Bedroom was nice and clean,The bathroom needs work,old and DATED.The property around the Hotel needs to be cleaned,over grown grass and garbage! The Room WAS WAY OVER PRICED FOR THE CONDITION!

Toilet could have had more flushing power

Complete bait and switch. The breakfast was literally wrapped up mini muffins and expired hosted donuts. They also made me pay an extra $50 until i checked out for somekind of security deposit. The bed was barely made, there were holes in the windo screens and the shades, bathroom was dirty. A lamp in the room wqs busted and only turned off by unplugging the thing. It was a pretty terrible experience. The hotel is apparently maintained and run by aome third party llc. Really dont recomwnd this place. I guess that's what you get for $58 a night. I wish i would've got my money back.

Well,,, first of all the bathroom sink faucet did NOT work well ,, everything else was fine

Well I stayed there for 2 weeks three nights each week both rooms that I stayed in. There's a buildup of dust all around the outside walls of the room. The bathrooms are not the greatest,for example, the tub did not drain very well. I had to stand in four inches of my own body wash after work getting a shower. You hear trffic all night long cause the windows are junk.

All good except the $50 hold on my credit card, i assume for excess damage cleaning etc. , understandable this day in age. Once that is credited, ill be a happy camper close to steak house.

It was a nice place to sleep. The room was clean. The building is a bit dated, but the employees were kind and i would go back again. They did charge ne a 50.00 security deposit which i thought was weird.

Bathroom needs up grade, shower head half plugged with scale deposits, water handle has screw missing and paper stuck in it. bathroom sink leaking and has savvier corrosion at the base. Have to hold handle down to flush the toilet completely.

There were roaches on the desk in my room

If you are a light sleeper this place is not for you. Located besides a busy interstate , so the road noise is constant. Otherwise, this is a no frills budget hotel, which worked well for my one night stay (provide a bed and a shower). It was clean and plenty of parking. It does have an elevator available, since it has three levels.

The Super 8 in Carlisle, PA was a clean place to stay with great service. It’s an older hotel, but cleaned well. Super convenient to I-81. Very close to the hospital, which was why I chose it. Priced right.

Site was close to where I needed to go and the staff was pleasant but room was poorly maintained. Curtains falling off hooks, shower head broken, amenities not refreshed prior to renting room.

After paying in full online they charged me 50 dollars for a deposit they say they will refund me in 7 to 10 days the lobby was dingy and beat up along with the walls and elevator. The room was mostly clean the rug was worn with holes in it. The bathroom sink had what looked like dried vomit on the counter and sink. In all I will never book a supper 8 again.
