It was a quick overnight stay on our road trip

It was quick access on and off hwy. It was pet friendly and not a huge fee 🥰

Satisfait et serons de retour.

Bon petit déjeuner et service excellent. Propre, confortable,tranquille. Café en bas à volonté ainsi qu’à la chambre. Chambre grandeur moyenne, bien équipée et garde robe fermé. Très bonne douche.

Comptoir de l’évier petit et une deuxième chaise aurait été appréciée.

Great location by Cracker Barrel for food and Walmart if you need to shop. Breakfast was very good.

Very good

The woman who checked us in on 08/26 around 6pm was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The gentleman who checked us out on 08/27 was not particularly friendly or helpful. He seemed to have cared less w/o even a short “thank you”. The rooms, although showing a lot of age, we’re very clean and the beds freshly made up, we’re very comfortable. The hall carpets are worn, stained, gross and need to be replaced.

The Location was the best thing I like about this property.

The elevator didn't work, my key card didn't work, the bathroom door didn't close. There was stains on the bed.

Access to gym and pool.and the location.

The coffee wasn't good and then I had no cable all weekend after I stated mid day Saturday that has been no cable since checking in first realized when I went to sleep and the cable was out. Told front desk and no one looked it or fixed it. So went the rest of the stay without cable.

We stayed because we had paid for two nights but will look elsewhere next time.

The beds were clean. The a/c worked. The halls and other guests were not noisy. The location was good and we were surprised we were not bothered by the traffic on the very close I-81. The staff was friendly.

The toilet was dirty under the seat at the top of the bowl. That can be cleaned but not without taking an extra swipe with the bowl cleaner, hence it shows a lack of effort. The shower had a constant drip and the shower door had only been cleaned on the upper half, the bottom half had a film on it. The outside grounds were very dirty with garbage in almost all the gutters. This speaks to the quality of the guests as well as the quality of the cleaning staff. The breakfast was missing any hope of being good, adequate if one had to eat it. Staff had not cleaned the tables after other guests left. Went elsewhere.

It was okay in a pinch to stay at for one night, but not for more then that.

The bathroom was small, the shower door didn't close all the way so water got all over the floor. The pocket door was hard to move.
