Building was in the process of being refurbished and it's beautiful.

the breakfast was a little lacking. Food not terribly warm, Breakfast meat was a little sparce.

OMG the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel! 5 stars alone for the bed. Staff was friendly, check-in and out was easy, parking was easy, room was big and clean, shower/bathroom light was a little dim but was a good size for a solo travel.

My room was on the ground floor, so my window opened up to the little courtyard/walking area. I didn't realize it the first night and just saw a gigantic looming shadow walking past and it scared me half to death, so unfortunately I spent my entire stay with my window closed. Not a deal breaker since I was in and out most of the trip, but a bit of a bummer when I did want some sun light.

The breakfast meant expectations for a continental breakfast. The coffee was very good - hot and black. The room was quiet, clean and very comfortable.

The shower did not have enough pressure nor enough water. Also the hot water was not very hot. This was the main/only issue with our stay...I like a hot shower before going to sleep and this shower did not meet expectations.

Breakfast was typical hotel fair. Location was perfect. Enjoyed visiting Carlisle.

Hotel was overall very dirty. The room was falling apart. Shelf in closet fell off wall when I set a pair of pants on it. Carpet runner caught on my sock and popped off exposing sharp screws. No hot water in room. Clearly was not cleaned properly. And wasn't offered any discount. Disappointed!!

My stay here was great. The staff is very helpful and there facility was nice and clean.

Couldn't find anyone, when it was time to leave. So I hope it was ok, I just dropped the key in the clear box. Would have been nice to have a remote in the room. Couldn't watch TV.

The location was close enough to the event I was attending.

I was charged twice for the hotel. Booking.com and The hotel both charged me. I tried to call the hotel to dispute the charge and no one answered. I had to file a complaint with the credit card company.

You can tell the floors and minni fridge amd microphone where not clean. The bathroom and tile when you first walk in was dirty. In the bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower.
