Hotel was nice and clean the staff were very friendly

Front desk staff not helpful at all, we asked questions, they said don’t know, not even tried to get answers. I told them the sink in bathroom water is not draining cause the stopper is broken, no one came to repair the stopper.

Rude front desk staff. Breakfast was not being refilled. Sausage was undercooked. The pool needs to be fixed. We had people next to our room smoking pot and the front desk did nothing about it. Our room smelled so bad. I am allergic to it and I could hardly breathe. Overall I would never stay again.

Our room was clean, bed was comfortable. The AC worked well. Breakfast had a variety of breakfast foods available. Good location to other restaurants & a short Uber ride to the Broadwalk on Hollywood beach for we spent part of our afternoon & evening.

Property was safe and clean. The exterior and common areas are well maintained. The room was comfortable and quiet. The door and bathroom might need a refresh but were functional. I would stay here again.

Shuttle was only available from Terminal 4 at the airport ( we were at Terminal 1)so had to take a taxi as we had too much luggage to transport to Terminal 4 which cost us an extra $35.00 U.S….also the shuttle only started in am at 7 so also missed the included breakfast that also started at 7 am .. all around very dissapointed and won’t stay there again

The room was good I feel the price was a little high because the property is sort of run down. They had an option to do online check in but then I still had to check in and and they took my card and ID for a security deposit a second time and had me sign paperwork so the online checkin is pointless and this was not as quick as it was said to be.

The stay was horrible the room was dirty and they did not accommodate a room switch. The electric was not working in room the light switches wouldn't work in certain areas of the room. This stay was unacceptable and the is no way to get in touch with hotels.com because I booked in with a 3td party the manager want to give me a refund for my stay but I can't reach anyone yet.

Waiting 2 hrs for the airport shuttle AFTER calling and said they would be there in 30.. got an uber and told the front desk lady when we arrived 10/25 at 9pm, and just said “oh, yeah, sorry” ? Didn’t even mean it.

It was a nice stay. Nothing major. Just experienced that the door knob of the closet was missing. Called front desk and the Maintenance staff came and fixed it. Which was a lasting good impression that gives me my review overall 5 stars of my stay.

I have stayed at a lot of La Quinta’s around the country and it’s usually what I expect. Just average. This was a bad stay. First, my room smelled smokey. I was here for a conference so I needed an iron, which the room for some reason didn’t have. I asked 10 TIMES AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. In addition to this housekeeping did not go into my room once. Over a 3 night stay. Breakfast was disgusting. If you are considering this hotel I would highly recommend paying the extra $20/night at a different hotel.

To start off I had to take an Uber to the hotel because the driver of the shuttle didn’t come in until 5pm but the site said free shuttle rides to and from the airport 7am-11pm. But overall it’s in a great location and it was clean despite it being an older hotel. However the bathrooms could use a little updating. (New faucets, shower heads, toilet seats (mine was broken) etc.. A little can go a long ways with an old hotel.)

I lifted the sheet that was covering the bed with the floor and under the bed there was a lot of trash, you could see a lot of it and I found some sandals, I found a lot of trash like they hadn't vacuumed for many, many days, that was disgusting to me, my dog could eat anything, it seems that cleaning is not good, we have to be more careful with that.

I’m not to happy about a few things that happened while the wife and I were there. There were a lot of noise couldn’t sleep and on the last day the internet was down from after 6 till the next morning couldn’t do work . Then on top of that our room wasn’t clean. We went out for a few hours came back and the room was the same. No fresh towels or nothing horrible service, highly disappointed.
