The stay was amazing!! We had the one-bedroom family suite with a king size bed and 2 queen sized beds. My family was more than comfortable in this suite.

We arrived late in the evening. We got a suite which supposed to be a "business" suite but did not even have a pen or paper available. The business suite had no door between the rooms (family rooms do have a door. The carpet was dirty and the hinge to the cabinet were the fridge was broken and so an electrical outlet. The sleeper sofa had an old worn mattress on it and you could feel the metall springs poking in your back. The breakfast was ok. Water pressure was best ever that why I gave 2 stars. No, I would not stay here again.
I tried to call hotels.com to request a stay in another hotel or a refund but I was just blocked from communicating and there was a 2 hr wait when I called. I feel like the hotel was not worth the $527.09 I paid. Wanted to attach some photos was could not

This was my first time here. I chose the property for it's proximity to the airport.
The employees were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was large. Breakfast was pretty good and coffee is available 24/7. Overall, The lighting was dim and the entire property is in need of an update.

I really LOVED my stay at the property. When we first arrived, it was clean and welcoming. It was easy to reach the property manager whenever I had questions. The location is hard to beat; I walked everyday in Old San Juan and it was very convenient. The only downside which I expected was the noise especially on weekends. But the kids weren’t affected and they slept soundly. Highly recommended.

Non-accomodative, rude, and non-courteous staff. They weren't interested in listening to my grievance. I had to find another hotel to stay while paying for this hotel room.

Older hotel in desperate need of upgrades and some serious deep cleaning, bedsheets were not changed from previous guests, sticky floors, dust everywhere, major dust clumps in corners, bedbugs, washrooms were terrible.
Staff boarderline rude except for nice gentleman taking care of the breakfast room. Changed room from main floor to upper floors because of strong mold smell!!!
Will not stay there again, the reason we picked this hotel was bec it was right next to Quick Park.

Upon booking, it was noted parking was included onsite. But when my family arrived, the parking lot was being resurfaced and was charged 50.00 for parking at an airline parking area.

This property has made us realize how important it is to be observant. During checkin my wife and I observe this very odd looking couple with a preteen frightened looking young girl of color at approximately 3:15am (leaving).
Getting off on our floor we were greeted by two young men with a small girl of color. She looked to be approximately 12 holding a teddy bear.
Why are their small children leaving the holiday inn this late with no luggage.

Holiday Inn Express did not disclose that parking was an extra $100! Their website misleads one to think that parking is free for the duration of one's trip. It is only through an app, which is not disclosed, that one can get special rates or free parking! This should be spelled out clearly on their website and on Expedia's. I was very disappointed by this blatant omission! Also disappointed to learn of Expedia's $99 charge to change flights or anything. This is usurious! I will not be using Expedia in future.

Holiday Inn IHG properties are all mid-level at best these days, and this one is showing its age. The main elevator was broken on the day I arrived and still broken the next day. The room air conditioner was louder than the planes flying 300 feet above. Morning breakfast was circa 1990 midwestern decor and the free morning breakfast was basic. As a cheap airport hotel, it was everthing I'd expected even before booking. Not recommended for anyone not flying alone on a morning out holdover.

My Mistake in reserving a rated 10 room. Apparently it was for handicapped or disabled persons.
The bed was low to the ground, my husband is 6’4”
Bathroom toilet was lower, very little counterspace, and the showerhead beings a handheld would not stay High enough on the post for a 6 4 person. It also was broken as it wouldn’t even stay on the post, kept sliding down
Other than that it was quiet And the sweet rolls were perfect

The breakfast was much better than most hotels which offer a free breakfast with your stay. However there was a sticky spot on the carpet which had not been cleaned and as the maid only came in the day after our arrival we ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex. The last morning of our three night stay I went to take a shower and both the conditioner and body wash bottles were completely empty.

This property is tired and not well maintained. One of the 2 elevators was out of service as was the womens bathroom on the main floor. The sink drain in our room did not drain which of course didn’t just happen. Overall it was not very clean and not up to Holiday Inn standards.

I wouldn’t stay here again, but maybe they just didn’t check out my room in a while. There was dust all over my room, no remote for the tv, and my mini fridge wasn’t plugged in so the food I put in it went bad. This was an express so next time I think I’m going to spring for the real deal. I will say however the continental breakfast was delicious, and I got all the towels and washcloths I asked for. Overall a 3 star.

Close enough to airport with shuttle. Nice rooms. Stayed with 88 year old mum. She felt very safe. Slept well. We ate at Leo's Coney next door as carry-out. Friendly staff.
