Nice place, very spacious and friendly staff. I like the storage area in the bathroom I did not need to see my luggage in front of my eyes in the room. Thankful for the bidet. I would love to comeback and stay longer.

It takes about 40 minutes to check in as reception could not find our booking after we stop by earlier in the morning to pay and leave our luggage. When we check out they charge us for another £4,800 because the staff who check us in calculate the rate wrong!

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. The way they treat you like a second-class citizen yet have the nerve to charge you for your entire hotel stay up front is horrendous. I have never been treated so disrespectfully, especially by a supposed “5 star hotel.” Staff are as incompetent as they are rude and arrogant--from the room service delivery person to management, a pre-requisite for working here seems to be having an attitude problem and thinking you're better than the guests. After they refused to treat me any better--in addition to not acknowledging my Expedia VIP status, I had no choice but to leave, then noticed they charged a random $1,588.46 to my credit card despite me already having paid for my full stay in advance and having 0 incidentals. These people are criminals and should not be trusted!

The stay itself was amazing except check-in and check-out unfortunately. The queue and time we had to wait to do both was ridiculous , for the amount we paid for our stay we didn’t expect to be waiting around for so long , more staff def needed on reception

Beds were very hard. Stayed in nicer cheaper hotels. Staff were lovely.

Beautiful hotel for a special treat in London.

Impressive on arrival - very grand courtyard with piano playing and afternoon tea in progress. Service at the front desk was consistently slow - unclear if this was due to lack of staff or inefficiencies in checkin/checkout. But wait times were always 5-10 mins. The most disappointing was the spa. Although it looked like a good spa, the times when children are allowed in are so wide that it is difficult to spend much time in there before it (literally) became less relaxing than our local municipal pool. We stuck it out for 15 mins but far from a relaxing ‘oasis of luxury’ the ambience was quite stress inducing. Due to the times when kids are allowed to use the spa, It seems the only option to avoid kids is to use the spa during breakfast or lunch.

Absolutely terrible hotel, so disorganised. The staff don’t communicate. The manager told us we could have a late check out and then the staff start calling us. They didn’t honour the amenities or there word. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

A first class hotel. From the friendly staff waiting to open the door and welcome you through to thw housekeeping team and reception. Rooms were excellent. Well maintained and I have paid a lot more for less space in other hotels. Location couldn't be better whether travelling for business or exploring the city. The whole place is pristine and kept looking fresh and new to high standards. Nothing short of fantastic

The amenities and facilities where amazing but this was overshadowed by the lack of attention to detail, our welcome card was addressed to someone else, they couldn't fulfil basic requests like providing scissors which made me late for my hair appointment! also when we asked for chocolate the receptionist couldn't comprehend our request. The only exceptional service was at the spa.
