Very clean facility, props to the house keeping staff! Breakfast & the service was great too. The rooms need some updating; bathrooms are way too small and cumbersome, lighting inside needs improvement.

We stopped here while driving through from San Antonio to Kansas City. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked the spaciousness of the room, but when we settled in (about 8:00pm) we realized that the side lamp on the desk did not work, and the toilet would run every few minutes (without someone flushing it). Since our toddler was already sleeping, I didn’t want to call the desk about it and wake him. It was just small inconveniences, but still annoying when you get somewhere from a long drive and expect your room to have been checked for things like this prior to arrival. Other than that, breakfast was good, good location, bed was comfortable!

Great location and friendly staff. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. Cleaning staff freshened up the room everyday. Room was nice and big for a 3-night stay we really appreciated that.

The toilet was not attached to the floor and the refrigerator ran ALL the time, difficult to sleep. Otherwise the room was grwat and the staff was fantastic.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Shuttle service was a nice bonus. Shower was hot w/plenty of water. Room was spacious. Only down side was insufficient electrical outlets next to the bed to plug in a CPAP. I had to disconnect the bedside lamp to open one up, and that required some gymnastics to achieve.

The hotel has seen better days. There was one concierge at the desk at 4pm. Which was an hour after checkin begins. I waited quite a while.
The rooms carpets are worn, the cabinetry is quite abused but overall the hotel is fine; other than the broken elevator. (One of two) we took the stairs a few time because the wait was long.

Bed bugs issue on the 1st room that they gave us. I hope they have it cleaned after we reported it to their management.

Llana and Eric on the front desk were great and helped when needed to make it a great stay. The maintenance team quickly addressed an issue I had with a deadbolt. The shuttle drivers were all amazing. The only negative was the bathroom had some peeling paint, and there’s no safe in the room. I would stay here again.

Room was located over the conditioning fans of hotel. Only noticed his noisy room is when I turned room AC. Had early check out so did not bother at that point to ask to change the room

Place was packed. Couldn’t hear people in the hall very much. Breakfast was also packed but they kept it fresh. Great place.

Rooms were very large and bed comfortable. Sink and bathroom counter being in the room instead of in the bathroom was a little odd but we got used to it. The price was great and the rooms was nice so I would stay there again We were there for business

My first time leaving a review and I had to do so because when we got on the room, the bathtub had a spot that looks like rotten mental. That was not a problem. The major issue was we woke up with bed bugs crawling the beds and bathtub. We called and told them we found bedbugs and we would likely need to change the room or something. Nobody came up to the room and they told us they didn’t have double bed. We couldn’t stay in the hotel for the rest of the stay. I came back to get our things and seems like they already got it ready for someone else to use. Not sure if they treat it on not. They downplayed it and acted like we were lying. I have pictures and videos of this. Oh another thing, it was so busy with people walking around with Covid.

The staff were always attentive and pleasant. The breakfast menu was varied. Cleanliness was one of my priorities. There was only one area (around the dining garbage can) that needed attention sooner. The chairs provided at the tables were too big and deep for the area. Otherwse, a good place to spend nights.

Clean rooms, quiet area and plenty of parking. Only two things that weren't so good were the free breakfast and Wi-Fi speeds in my 4th floor room. Breakfast was mediocre with tasteless scrambled eggs, cardboard flavored bacon strips and soggy french toast sticks. The only good thing was the coffee in which Starbucks were used.
The Wi-Fi access was slow as molasses and only used it to check emails, you can forget streaming since you're better off watching the in-room TV.
Other than those two subpar features, the hotel was nice.

Overall it was the worst Hyatt I have stayed in. It appears older and run down. The a/c in our first room did not cool the room. It was blowing cold air if you felt it but not past an arms length. The front host told us to move the bed away from the wall and turn it and it should help. They said they are finding this to be an issue and moving the bed over helps. Well you can only move the bed so far due to a wooden stand being between the two beds. Anyways we moved the bed and it did not help. So they move us rooms. After moving room and adjusting the air and leaving all blinds closed as instructed same problem.
Now it may seems like we were just complaining but my Mom was also staying at this hotel and her rooms was substantially cooler than mine. So I knew it was capable of getting cool. But now they just seem to look at us as if we are complaining. When I’m spending over $500 to stay 3 nights somewhere I would like to sleep comfortably. It just did not happen this stay. Very disappointed.

The place is weathered and in need of an update. Our room smelled like a stinky sock, and the AC unit kept the room damp and not fresh. The pool was nice.
