Awful experience the hotel was a building site with dust, paint, workers and tools everywhere. No lifts working, broken air conditioning in room and no breakfast on offer just a poor pack lunch option. Left bags with reception on check out day and come back to find them covered on dust and no toilet to use in reception

Their rooms are newly renovated and the staff were extra friendly and helpful. I love how groceries (sainsbury and waitrose) as well as Holborn station are a few steps away. Will definitely stay with them if I ever visit London again.

The renovations recently carried out have resulted in very clean rooms in great tradition. There was the odd teething problem: the chairs originally supplied did not make it comfortable to sit around the table, but this problem was rectified before the end of our stay.

This hotel is in a great location to explore the area. This hotel was old and dirty. The check in staff made us wait 10 min while he was ion the phone. I saw four people in the back room just standing around. He black mailed me to sign up for their loyalty program or I had to wait one hour to get into my room. Not impressed.

The photos displayed was a false representation of what I booked, which was a double and I got two single beds eve though I’d paid in advance and stated on my confirmation double. It was like student accomodation and not at all what I’m use to staying in as a Gold Expedia member!!! At 9.30pm arrival I was devastated and like I say the advert is misleading indeed and I’m an unhappy customer who was not given an alternative room or double bed and will not be staying again!

This was not the first time we have stayed here and I would return again in the future. The staff were very friendly and helpful when a couple of minor issues arose on the first day. The bed was very comfy and there wasn't any external noise, making it easy to get a great night's sleep. The kitchen had just about everything we needed. It was also nice to be able to have a hot drink and an apple in the lounge. The gym had a very good range of equipment too. The property is starting to show the signs of being well used and it was therefore good to see some refurbishment underway.

We had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel. We got stuck in their cramped elevator with a 4-month-old baby for 30 minutes. Despite being promised compensation and a conversation with the manager, they completely ignored our concerns. The lack of accountability and disregard for customer well-being is deeply disappointing.

Great midtown location - perfect for getting east or west with the tube, and just a 5 minute walk to theatres and Covent Garden. Decor is tired, but it's clean and comfortable. Friendly/helpful staff. Definitely the best value for money you'll find in town. Let staff know if you need good network connectivity as the house wifi didn't work in our room.

During our recent trip to London with my wife and two adult children, we rented two rooms for 3 days (1/3/24 to 1/6/24). The on-duty front desk people were incredibly helpful and professional. They made our check in and check out process very smooth. I had to call for help with my heating system once and the on duty person responded quickly. In fifteen minutes a tech was at my door and quickly fixed the issues. I was very impressed!
I would certainly stay there in future and recommend to my family and friends. The staff went above and beyond their duty to make our stay a great experience.

Almost immediately after booking, I was informed the site of the meeting I was traveling to attend had changed. The hotel location went from ideal to inconvenient. I contacted the hotel to cancel, in under 24 hours of booking. I had to follow up multiple times not only to ultimately be told No (technically, I could cancel but they would still keep 100% of my money) but also to become mired in a tedious email exchange on the topic (that continued long after I accepted the answer was No; they wanted me to not only understand their policy but be happy about it).
When I arrived, I walked into a room that was reverberating with the sound of drilling. A floor above was under instruction. When I went discuss this with the front desk, I was informed I could expect to enjoy this cacophony every day of my stay from the hours of 9 am to 5 pm—rendering my room functionally useless for remote work.
The room itself was meh. Rather dated. But I am rather low maintenance in this regard—just need a bed and a shower. While there were other annoyances (like the extended effort of creating an online account just to use the tiny washing machines), I have no need to manufacture additional complaints. It was sufficiently awful on the merits. Do not recommend.

Room was not has shown on the pictures. The new pictures are the new rooms that are not open yet. They still are under construction.
The cleanliness of the room was not that good.
We were there for 10 days and we had our room cleaned once. They forgot to come once. Curtains were dirty and the chairs in the room had some weird spots/ colors on it.
The soundproofing of the room was not good. We heard all the neighbors and the construction.
The lobby was great, the free coffee was great too.
