Very clean and confortable room!

Not clean enough

Nice, clean place to stay! Prettier quiet and also spacious!

The hotel is dilapidated and unclean. The host took a picture of the computer screen after running my card. She did say it was to tell her boss it wasn’t working. There was hair in the bathtub. The bathroom fan didn’t work and the whole place was damp and smelled bad. The breakfast was terrible.

Love watching the Colorado River run by from my window ( and even the occasional train). I've stayed here several times.

Gross room, not a good breakfast, loud train all night, pool over chemicaled, booked 3+ nights, tried to leave after first night and they have a policy where they don't refund you for two nights, even though we didn't stay there second or third night! No cleaner room available they said. Awful start to our trip.

Staff was professional, courteous, and helpful.

Victoria was very professional and calm considering all of the complaints and unfortunate mishaps. Elevator was broke, no hot water, tv broke in the middle of UFC fight, lamp was broken in the room. These were just our issues, not sure of the other complaints other then the lady who got stuck in the elevator when it broke down.

The soundproofing in the room is not so good, but acceptable

Nice location on the river. The room was nicer than expected. Check in area and hallways could be a bit nicer, but the room itself was outstanding.

We paid WAY too much money considering the quality of this hotel. Breakfast was very basic. Latch lock on room broken. Dust on baseboards. Staff was nice and property was next to river.

I believe it was overpriced. The property is in need of some updates and refresh. The halls smell like marijuana really strong. The rooms need TV's that can stream and USB plugs in the lamps. Everything else was fine.

The property is in a nice location close to the river it far from shops. There is fast food available close. The place just needs a facelift, it is very dated and just looks old. The breakfast was just ok, coffee was terrible. I would stay here again if it were the only option but would probably choose something closer to the downtown area.

No one at front desk. I wasnt the only one waiting. Finally knocked loudly on the admin door and some one appealed. The elevator was not clearly marked on 1st floor and hard to find.

The hospitality was top notch!!

Hotel was fine. A bit outdated, credit card machine wasn’t working so they were taking paper credit card copies for deposits, line was long, fairly clean but not 5 star clean maybe just because it was older. Very convenient for Glennwood Springs though which I highly recommend if you have kids!

Restroom door handle broken. too old almost not repaired.

Over all a great stay. Kids liked the pool and close and convenient to stay in Glenwood Springs. 8/10 breakfast. My only complaint would be room seemed rushed cleaned before we checked in. Found clothes still in dresser from previous people and found a fake fingernail on the table.

We had to hunt someone down to check in. There was no one at the front desk, and the first couple cleaning ladies we tried to ask didn't speak english. When we finally located the front desk lady, it was about 30 minutes earlier than the check in time. We asked if our room was ready could we please go ahead and check in. She said she didn't know if our room was ready, and that no one was allowed to check in before 3pm. After we were able to check in, we took the elevator up to our floor. The elevator was filthy, and there were lipstick stains on the inside of the elevator door. Gross. We visited the pool area that evening, and used the towels from our room since there weren't any in the pool area. The towels were still damp the next morning, so we left them on the bathroom floor and put the door hanger on the door asking for our room to be refreshed and get fresh towels. When we returned later that evening, nothing had been done to our room and there were no fresh towels. I went down to the lobby to ask for towels, and again, no one was at the desk.

Upon check in I was given a free upgrade to a riverside room which was very large with a couch and fireplace. So big and comfortable

Hotel needs an upgrade in the common areas. Bathroom was nice, beds were a little hard and bumpy. Room had a stale smell from no air running. Ran air all night at 69 and still felt stuffy and hot. Breakfast was typical but good.

Property very nice...on the Big C...views of river and Storm King mtn. Room could use some maintenence...paint, upates and repairs in bathroom. Simple and Great value!

Comfortable , no complaints. Quite room. The breakfast was good. Location was good. Not far from the main attractions.

It needs to be renovated. Bedroom, bathroom and lobby areas look and feel like they haven’t been updated since the property was built.
