Beale St. has declined. Safety is a problem. Not at all what I wished to see. The environment is rough. Not the Blues music area it wants was. Sad to see, but when the police force needs to be as heavy as it was, and doors looked at sun down. Its time to find a new place to visit.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was near Beale Street so it was a little loud but they provided ear plugs with a funny note! Most of the employees were friendly and helpful. The one complaint I had was the elevator. There was only one serving the entire hotel and wait time and "repair" of the elevator were both problematic.

I love that the hotel leaves earplugs! Thoughtful gesture for those who may not enjoy the Beale Street music when resting. It’s the little things!

It was not what I expected for the price that I pay. My microwave was dirty. There was very little dishes to use. not complete set, the shower glass doors were not clean. I did not take pictures of those because my guest had already took a shower after I realized. I have Pictures of the microwave being nasty. I am just not very happy and will not stay there again.

Liked the room. Had a couple minor defects. One of the towel racks was coming out of the wall. The common area was somewhat dirty. One elevator is not working and has not been for 6 months.

This location was perfect,walked to Beale street. Very clean, room was good size, staff very helpful. Pay parking was easy to use. I will definitely stay here again. Was on the 5th floor, on a Saturday night, and the sound was never a problem.

The hotel was very close to Beale St and parking was great. However, certaing things were in disrepair. The elevators were horrible. Only one of two was working and it was very untrustworthy! Same in the parking garage! Also, the front doors to the street were broken! We had to use a side door to get into and out of the building. A little attention to the maintenance of the property is in order I believe.

Location is within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Hotel is nice and clean. Love that there are ear plugs for guests in the rooms! Music can be heard when tv is off.

Great location just off Beale St. Room was clean/comfortable and hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
When you check-in there is a sign warning you of the noise from the nearby clubs which can apparently be an issue until 2 to 3 AM. We did not experience any noise issues. The receptionist did mention it should be an off/quiet week. They do provide earplugs for use if the noise bothers you. That was a first for me. Both the sign and the earplugs.

We found this property to be above what I have experienced from previous stays. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean. The hotel was close to some of the attractions we wanted to see. Within walking distance of great food and entertainment. Staff went above to make sure we were comfortable with our stay.

Aramis greeted us warmly the evening we arrived and checked on us regularly throughout our stay. He was wonderful! Our room was not ready, even though we arrived well after check in and he upgraded our room to the seventh floor. The location was perfect! We had zero problems with noise. We would absolutely stay here again!

The Staff here were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have never been to a hotel where the staff from the front desk all the way to the housekeepers and breakfast crew were so hospitable and kind. The Hotel was clean and we had no issues with anything when it came to our rooms. One of the 2 elevators were down, but we didn't mind much we would just take the stairs if the one elevator was too full. The breakfast was great every morning.Within walking distance of nearly everything we wanted to see. The extra fee for parking was well worth it. Our entire trip we only drove the car once. I would definitely visit here again.

According to Orbitz, my total cost was $360 incl all taxes and fees. Except that doesn't include all taxes and fees. Automatically charge you $21 per day for self parking plus $100 per day for incidentals which "should" be refunded. Only 1 working elevator which is tiny and slow. Maintenance man said they are always breaking down. Just kinda put off by extra fees they dont disclose until you get there.

Pet friendly but small bathroom area for pets that smelled liked trash and grease. The cleaning lady was very friendly. The front desk receptionist was friendly. The door would not close all the way in the room had to really push on the door to shut. Front doors were locked after 6 am so had to walk around. One key card did not work.

Our bath had little water pressure; shower did not work. Our fire alarm went off at 3:30am and no one from the hotel staff gave any directions of what to do. It was a false alarm from somebody pulling the alarm. Again, no directions from the staff if it was clear or not. Be prepared to hear loud music from Beale St.
